- JTJordan TorresMay 13, 20261.0The airport Dunkin’ Donuts operated as a kiosk only service. There is no physical human available to take orders. This lead to a substantial backlog of people in line due to the multiple excessive time it takes to use a kiosk. They also have the audacity to ask for a tip after you’ve entered in your whole order yourself. The replacement of robots in place of people is the biggest mistake that corporate is making. I will never come to this location again

- RAruth aguirreMay 11, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location in the Tucson airport. There was no line, and I placed my order at the kiosk for an iced chai latte. When I received my drink, it was served hot instead. When I politely explained to the cashier that I had ordered it cold, she rudely responded, “This is not Starbucks, I can’t change your order.” Her response was unnecessary and unprofessional. Since she refused to correct the order, I simply asked for ice so I could fix it myself, and she seemed visibly annoyed that I was still there. Customer service was very poor, and the interaction left a negative impression. I hope management addresses how customers are treated at this location.
