  Years ago I would never go to Domino's. Now we call them at least once a week I want to give huge Kudos to our delivery driver a few nights back!!! I was in the hospital and my disabled wife was in our RV so I ordered her pizzas After the order some issues at the house picked up and I had to call the Sheriff's to the house The poor girl called me and was like I think I'm at your house but there's an ambulance here.... Than she and the ambulance driver tried to talk to me I'm like I didn't call an ambulance but my wife is in the trailer After a few very confusing minutes the delivery gal stopped and just said you know what I'm going to deliver this to your wife and hung up the phone She rocks!!!!

  don’t get me wrong i love this place i’ve been going to this location since it’s the closest to my area so i order quite frequently. I’ve never had a problem with delivery drivers or anything at all until i ordered this time. i placed my order for delivery, me boyfriend and i waited an hour for our pizza to arrive which is not the issue for me but when she had arrived (the pizza delivery lady name is beatriz) she had asked me about a tip and that i could do it online, i was like yeah okay i will go online and leave a tip but i had to discuss the amount with my boyfriend since it was his money (he was inside) and so when i signed the receipt with my signature she had asked what the tip amount was and i told her i was not sure i had to discuss with my boyfriend (she was already giving be attitude since i opened the door so i was already thinking a not a so good tip but atleast a tip) i can tell she had got upset about it and basically demanding me for a tip and i tried to explain to her that my boyfriend had paid for the pizza so i had to discuss with him about the tip. Anyway after the discussion she just says “so no tip, ok” just trying to make me feel bad so i explained to her that the pizza came an hour late and the moment i opened the fire she just seemed upset already if she’s being rude then why should i tip her, after that i didn’t feel like tipping her at all. i get people can have bad days but if that’s the issue please take the day off because focusing on your mental health is more important than taking it out on other customers. i know this is a long review but this is a good location and it would be ashamed to be ruined with horrible customer service.
