  Good time. I do however wish there was a stool in the family bathroom so little kids can wash their hands

  As always, the food at Dave and Buster’s in Tucson is fabulous. I especially like the ribs. Our server Kymberli was extremely courteous, efficient and helpful. Of course the grandkids love the arcade and it is convenient to have the restaurant attached to the arcade so adults and kids can eat and play close to each other.

  Our family decided to try Dave and Busters for the first time after hearing such great things. We had to drive across town to go there about 20 minutes. After we were told how things worked we seatted ourselves at a big booth by the bar where we could look at the games while waiting to eat. The waitress came over pretty quickly to take our drink order and explain the menu. After that she left and brought back our drinks. My glass had some green dried stuff right at the lip of the cup. Luckily one of.the kids changed their minds on the drink they wanted so I took her to go cup. I didn't mention the nasty stuff on my glass to the waitress because she was literally bending down with her chest in my husband's face and ignoring me when I was trying to speak about my daughter's drink change. I already was feeling uncomfortable. Then came our food order. I ordered a Philly with no mushrooms. It came out with mushrooms not once but twice. By the 3rd attempt the manager came to see what's the issue. I literally just asked for no mushrooms. So strike 2 in my book. The manager comped my sandwich but the entire interaction with the waitress was completely unsettling. I felt attacked personally. The rest of my family had no issues with there food. By the time my food finally came out all 4 of our kids and husband were finished eating. So at this point I felt rushed and discusted. So I didn't finish my food. We played games for a while and then got prizes for the kids and left. Needless to say I will not be bringing my family back. The food quality is poor. The waitress i had serve me was classless. Not worth you're hard earned money.
