We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday at Dave & Buster’s in Tucson Marketplace at The Bridges, and this location made it such a wonderful night. We’ve visited Dave & Buster’s before, but the warm, friendly staff here really stood out. Our server, Christina, was attentive, helpful, and so sweet about helping arrange a birthday surprise for my daughter. She made the celebration feel special. I also unexpectedly ran into a friend from high school whom I hadn’t seen in over 20 years! What a small world! It was wonderful reconnecting Junita, but what really made and impression was watching how friendly and helpful she was with everyone. Even while catching up, she stayed on top of her stuff and multitasked effortlessly. Seeing her interact with Christina and the other staff gave the impression of a team that enjoys working together. That warmth made the whole atmosphere even better. The arcade was fabulous, and the food was fantastic. I wouldn’t normally think to order steak at Dave & Buster’s, but it was honestly among the top ten steaks I’ve ever had. Great food, great fun, and wonderful people. Thank you for making my daughter’s milestone birthday such a memorable celebration. We’ll definitely be looking forward to another visit when we’re in Tucson visiting her😎

Came in for a quick drink, waited 15 minutes before cancelling our order. There’s no reason there should be only one bartender on a Friday at 5.

There is every kind of arcade game you could dream of which made it fun for all. Prices were kinda high for gaming card and the amount of tickets needed to purchase anything in the prize store were OUTRAGEOUS. 200,000 tickets to buy a Nintendo Switch = Ridiculous! At sixty bucks a pop for 375 game tokens and the average game awards you 20 tickets. It would cost you thousands by the time you had enough tickets to buy it. Food was mediocre. Service workers were mostly friendly. Would go back for the fun had with family but it is definitely pricey.

I sat at the bar and was greeted by Lauren but she seemed too busy talking to other people. Waited awhile to get my food. I kept asking for my check but she seemed like she was busy talking to other coworkers or running back and forward

Food was okay, service however, was IMPECCABLE. Was greeted by the beautiful host lorena and served at the bar by gorgeous marlene. These amazing ladies made my night with their positive energy and welcoming vibes!!! Would recommend!
