  My sister in law was berated for ordering more than six items in the drive thru. Then they were told they thought the order was a prank because of what they bought. Management here could be improved greatly. Poor customer service.

  Why would you go here when Licks homemade ice cream is two stores away— DQ is the lowest bar to stoop down to- cheap candy on preservative plasticky “ice cream” — no thanks, support the small biz down the road and have an out of this world experience instead of this junk

  I’ve been to this location several times since moving here and have had a great experience each and every time. Staff is respectful and responsive to customer requests and food is great.

  Are we not going to talk about the incredibly rude old woman there? Acting like it’s a crime to use the restroom or getting agitated if you ask for a straw with your Blizzard. I’m really sorry if I offended you old Dairy Queen lady. I really wanted to like a Dairy Queen opening in Catalina but this single employee has made me not want to go to one ever again.
