  Best chipotle I’ve been to in quite some time. The food service staff and their manager are absolutely amazing, quick, knowledgeable and very kind. 10/10 would highly recommend

  I went here a few weeks ago and the food was not looking good but I ordered anyway since it was close and convenient. Decided to go back thinking that it could have just been an off day. Went again today. I was basically given a rice burrito. The barbacoa at any other location I have gone to is very moist and sitting in juices. The barbacoa here was literally dried meat. Decided to get the steak. The five chewy pieces of steak that were in the burrito were pointless. The two giant scoops of rice overpowered any chance to notice meat in the burrito. The staff do not seem happy at all, granted I probably came after a dinner rush tonight. When you get terrible food and also have people who seem like they do not care, it really aligns to paint the picture of why it is bad. Chipotle is already over priced, I do not want to pay this much to have something that does not taste good at all. If I wanted a rice burrito I could have done that at home. Definitely not going back. If you really want Chipotle it would be worth driving to any other location for a better chance.

  Big big BIG shout outs and so much gratitude for this entire team!!!! My daughter has a severe gluten intolerance. When I asked if they could accommodate her, they jumped into action. I watched as they washed their hands, changed their gloves, and got all new utensils to serve the items she wanted. They made her the perfect pollo asado bowl that she enjoyed so much and they were so happy to do this for her! We’ve been back twice now and will frequent this specific location! Thank you thank you thank you to RJ, Madison, Paul, Gabe, Jennifer, and Rene!!! I appreciate you all beyond measure! See you soon!!!

  I’ve been here twice since it opened and same experience both times. The location is clean and the restrooms are big and clean as well. The food just doesn’t line up with other Chipotle locations. Not very good. Maybe not as seasoned and both times the food has been cold. My daughter also somehow got some beans in her quesadilla. The atmosphere isn’t great. Only hard chairs or tall stools available. Very loud music and temperature so cold we had to sit outside in the 100 degree heat to be more comfortable. I hope the owner and manager see this and take action as I mentioned it to the staff both times with nothing but a shrug. I might try again in a few months to see if anything changes, but other locations are much much better.

  Only been here twice since it opened and today will be my last. On my first visit, I walked in and the place was slap full of school kids, very loud and bags all over the floor. I literally had to step over them when I walked in the door. Picked up my online order and got all the way home when I opened the bag and someone else food was in my bag. Drove all the way back and waited a good minute at the counter while all the kids working were horsing around laughing and not paying attention before someone finally came and fixed my order. I looked for a table to wait and they were all dirty with food all over the place. After finally getting my correct order I was disappointed further when I sat down to eat and the double steak portion that I ordered in the meal was so fatty I had to pick most of it out. So overall, the first experience was horrible to say the least. Today I gave them another try and picked up my online order (and definitely checked it in the car before I even left the parking lot this time). I definitely did not order a double portion as I was displeased with the last order so I wanted to be careful. Unfortunately, the second meal was not better than the first. There was very little steak in the Burrito bowl And a lot of it was grizzle and fat. To make things worse it’s been about 4 1/2 hours since I ate and I am terribly sick to my stomach, Started throwing up, and I feel like I have knives in my belly. This is the only food I’ve eaten today as I fast 18 hours a day and only eat one meal per day. I am very concerned that cleanliness is an issue in this establishment even as new as it is. I absolutely regret going here a second time after my first experience was so bad. I guess live and learn. Michael: I am not interested in repeating all of this over again to your team. As I said in my review, I will not be returning to this location due to 2 bad experiences, one of which made me physically ill for 2 days.
