What’s especially frustrating is that the restaurant was not busy during either visit, so it’s hard to chalk it up to being overwhelmed or rushed. I get that mistakes happen but when the same issue occurs multiple times under the same circumstances, it starts to feel like a lack of attention to detail and customer care. If you decide to visit make sure to double-check your order before leaving to ensure you actually receive everything you paid for.
