My burritos look like they are on Ozempic. Even my bowls. This location just hires straight up the most incompetent high schoolers. I’ve literally had burritos made incorrectly in front of me on at least 3 separate occasions. Today, I ordered a burrito. Girl asked if i wanted black or pinto beans. I asked for black and girl put down pinto. I didn’t mind the pinto beans error but for the rest of the ingredients, I had to repeat myself and correct her a few times. My carnitas portion made me die inside when I saw how little she put and then compensated the bulk with corn and mild. When we got to sour cream and I asked for light portion, and was given a huge spoonful. I’m just astounded how many times I had to repeat myself and still had my order made incorrectly. It doesn’t matter whether you order online or in person
