  Location used to be great, gone down hill last 3 Sundays show up around 9pm (closes at 11pm) Nobody greets when you walk in the door, counters are disgusting, meat and sides look old and dry — same price by the way! 50 bucks 2 people, I don’t recommend. Theres other chipotles, and other places.

  I've been a loyal customer of this location since about 2018. Chipotle, as a whole, seems to just get worse every year and this location is how I have personally experienced it. My latest experience (9/8/26) -- We ordered a "catered" meal from here for my daughter's birthday party and they FORGOT THE TORTILLAS. They charge me like 20% extra plus another $2 per person for delivery and still screwed it up. The worst part is you can't even call the store to get it fixed, the number goes straight to the corporate mothership. So after 15 minutes of getting bounced around and repeating the confirmation number ten times, they also tried to contact the store and failed. Then they tried to contact doordash (??) to get the tortillas delivered and also failed. So finally they said that we have to just drive there to get the tortillas, but by this point the food is already going cold. Driving to the store and back would be an extra half hour of time that I already paid Chipotle to do for me. The corporate drones sent me an email and gave me a <10% refund, which just feels completely unacceptable. UPDATE: After I replied to the corporate email, I was able to get the delivery fee + markup refunded (~$50). Previous experiences at this location -- If you order through the app, there's an 80% chance that your order will have something wrong with it. Missing salsa on the side, missing guacamole, missing drinks, no napkins, not following instructions (like "extra cheese" or "extra sour cream" are just completely ignored most of the time). Sometimes the burrito will be extremely small. Sometimes you will get a mystery ingredient that you didn't order, like corn or lettuce. Sometimes the guacamole will be so salty that it's almost inedible. It's completely random and not worth the extra money you spend for delivery. If you're going to get food from this location, go in-person. If you're not standing at the counter micro-managing the employees as they build your meal, there's no guarantee of any consistency of any kind.

  This store is on point! Our closest location to home was closed at 9 (says 10 pm), so we located the store at Foothills Mall that is open until 11 pm. And the experience became excellent, for baby and parents tonight, We will always order from Chipotle at Foothills Mall.

  After recieving my order i noticed i had not gotten lettuce or cheese on either bowl. I also recieved a LARGE bag of chips HALF empty… not fair, this place is expensive. The employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there, i felt uncomfortable ordering.
