  This is becoming one of my go to Chick-Fil-A locations. It has a nice convenient location by my work. Today, I was served by MiguelAngel and he went above and beyond to help with two separate orders. One was a large order for students. He was patient and accommodating of all of us present and ordering. As a teacher/ coach, I know how difficult accommodating our larger group can be and MiguelAngel stepped up!

  This particular CFA does not have a play area for the kids, a fact that is not discernable until you walk inside. While the staff may be friendly, they miss the mark on 'that CFA attitude' by JUST enough to make a difference. Service is slow and fries were cold by the time we got them. Did CFA Corporate actually even train this staff before opening? Assuming people will keep coming back based on branding alone is a bit cavalier considering there are at least a half dozen other fast food restaurants in this shopping center. I'll go out of my way and go to a different CFA before I eat here again.

  Every time i come to this location its something. Theyre really slow and it seems like the employees dont know their own product. I put a curbside order and waited 20 min before i called the store about where my order was. I HAD TO CALL THE STORE FOR MY ORDER. NOT COOL. Was almost late to work because of how slow they were.

  I intentionally waited to write this review to give this location time to work through opening issues. After 9 visits over the past 2 months, I can confidently say I’ve never been impressed and more often than not, I’ve been disappointed. Orders are frequently incorrect, service is consistently slow, and the overall experience feels chaotic. As I’m writing this, I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting on a single sandwich and a lemonade. The staff often appear overwhelmed and interactions come across as rushed or unfriendly. What’s most frustrating is that even when mistakes are brought back for correction, there has never been any acknowledgment of the inconvenience, let alone an attempt to make it right. At this point, I would strongly recommend choosing a different location if you have the option.

  04-22-2025 9pm-ish PROBLEM: The Chick-Fil-A crew was allowing CHILDREN (between 5-11) to run into the kitchen area where food is being made and either they are related to someone back there or your age for hiring had dropped below the legal limit! These kids were not dressed properly, did not have any proper food protectio, gloves, hair net etc, and after they ran to the back in the kitchen in the food prep area another a teenager, also not dressed, had long flowey hair - not in a hair net, came from the back and headed for the bathroom (picture). Several issues with food prep allowing just anyone and having unmonitored children in a place where hot foods are being made is a major issue. There are plenty of Arizona Department of Health Service rules against this! PROBLEM: We have eaten at a dozen of Chick-fil-A while driving across the USA this week, where the chicken at other Chick-fil-a was a NORMAL SIZED & JUICY PIECE OF CHICKEN and your chicken was so beaten and flatten to the point that the chicken was super hard, crispy and zero juicyness- unchewable and inedible. I believe that extremely flat chicken falls below "Chicxk-Fil-A's Grade A" Standards! PROBLEM: We are not regulars like most of patrons eating in the dining room. We would have liked to wash our hands prior to eating. But NO your bathrooms have keypads that require you to stand in line and order your food first and then they give you a code on the receipt to access the bathroom, that way your food gets cold while your in the bathroom using it, washing your hands to eat!! PROBLEM: On the night of our visit we had to park in 5 spots over from the front in the back because the restaurant was busy, we are HANDICAP and cannot walk very far. The problem here is your CHICK-FIL-A TRUCK (pictured) was parked in the HANDICAP SPOT and was parked the entire tme i was there. When I brought it up to a female supervisor in a white button down she was like "huh? Oh yea" and went back to sweepl. The truck didn't move, the employee DID NOTHING. This violates A.R.S. § 28-884 and 3 other statues.
