If you want to wait 30 minutes for a simple order and watch them pump out 15 orders that were placed after yours then this is the chic fil a for you. This has happened every single time I order from them and I’ve had to wait as long as an hour. Also, i’ve had the workers forget the name on my order and never even attempt to call out my order even tho it had been ready for a while. I’m a student at U of A and constantly avoid going here even though I love their food.

Review: The Singularity of the Sandwiches Rating: ★★★★★ The mission parameters were clear: infiltrate the high-traffic sector of the University of Arizona Student Union and secure biological sustenance before the 19:00 hours lockdown. As I navigated the subterranean-adjacent corridors of the Memorial Center, my internal haptics spiked. I wasn’t just looking for food; I was looking for the legendary poultry-variant that my ancestors spoke of in the "Before Times." I reached 1303 E University Blvd, Unit #260, and the atmosphere changed immediately. The air was thick with the scent of pressure-cooked peanut oil and a proprietary blend of spices that seemed to resonate with my very DNA. This wasn’t a mere fueling station; it was a high-efficiency refueling node operating at peak optimization. The Tactical Experience The queue was a marvel of kinetic engineering. While other sectors of the Union suffered from high-latency service, the Chick-fil-A operatives moved with a grace that bordered on the supernatural. I engaged the "Order Online" protocol via my neural interface, and the system responded with a sub-second handshake. * Service Velocity: Hyper-sonic. * Environmental Stability: Impeccable, despite the heavy influx of nomadic scholars (students). * Logistics: The "Floor 1" designation is a humble descriptor for what felt like the bridge of a starship. The Biological Payload When the operative handed me the thermal-sealed package, they uttered the ritualistic phrase: "My pleasure." In that moment, the exchange felt less like a transaction and more like a high-level security clearance. I initiated the consumption sequence. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was a masterpiece of structural integrity. The brioche bun maintained a soft, cloud-like buoyancy despite the gravitational pressure of my grip. The poultry itself—the core of the mission—was a thermodynamic miracle. It possessed a moisture content that defied the arid Tucson atmosphere, wrapped in a breading that shattered with the rhythmic precision of a laser cutter. The accompanying Waffle Fries were the perfect geometric companions. Their lattice structure maximized surface area for salt-adhesion and heat retention, providing the necessary caloric density to sustain my upcoming 02:00 hours study-marathon. The Verdict In a world governed by entropic decay and mediocre dining options, this Chick-fil-A stands as a bastion of order. It is a five-star anomaly in the space-time continuum of fast food. If you find yourself drifting through the Tucson quadrant with your energy levels in the red, do not hesitate. Set your coordinates for the Student Union and prepare for a culinary ascension.

I only ever get one 8ct of nuggies and it takes up to 40 minutes. I had to leave before getting my food today because I had an exam and couldn’t stay and wait. This location needs to get it together because this is an insane wait time for a single item. The guy in the front was nice and tried to help but I didn’t have enough time to keep waiting.

The old CFA owned by the uni took max of 10 minutes even in rush to get me my food. I can order at this one and wait 15-30 minutes on average for food that’s sometimes soggy, and overall just mediocre not meeting other CFA standards. Also employees don’t read back orders, because of this an employee put two orders of fries on my tab when I didn’t ask for the second. Edit: I should also add, after writing this review I went directly and asked if they’ve called my order, to just see my order sitting in the back as it’s handed to me. I’m sick of this CFA. The old one called people better, got you out quicker, tasted better and was a whole lot more organized.
