  Went in today and the server was very rude. She made some rude comments and ruined our experience. I wont be going back because of her. Im glad to give my money to another restaurant that appreciates my visit. Edit: Was that response automated or AI? Yall gotta care more about your business. I know you owners dont really care about whats going on inside the restaurants as long as the numbers look good but you should. Do you feel good at the end of the day half assing your job? Its one thing to bs everyone else but its just pathetic to bs yourself. Do better....

  ****BUYER BEWARE**** This particular Buffalo Wild Wings has great food and if your dining in the atmosphere is great tvs everywhere BUT THEY CAN NEVER EVER get a pick up order right or in the time frame you choose, what's the point of choosing a pickup time hours in advance IF THEY ARE NEVER EVER going to have your food ready on time and have you wait up to a half hour past your pick up time, and at the time I left this review this is now the second time this has happened, THE MANAGEMENT at this Buffalo Wild Wings location does not value your time and will never have your pick up order ready

  My family and I ate here today and had a bad experience. We initially asked for a booth which seemed to piss off the hostess so she looked annoyed that she had to clean a table for us. Then our server came over and asked for our drink orders. She seemed rushed and rude as well. My mom has moderate dementia so it takes her a very long time to decide what she wants because she’ll tend to forget and I tried telling our server this discreetly but she didn’t listen or seem to care and kept making us feel rushed. She didn’t introduce herself like a good server would. Her hair was covering her name tag but I think it started with a B, like Brittany or something. She had medium length black hair and a bunch of arm tattoos. It took her forever to refill my drink and when she finally did, it tasted off so I had to get another server to bring me a new one. Then we finally got our food after waiting for half an hour and I literally got like 4 onion rings even though it was an up charge. The food was not good at all, tasted like it was sitting there a while. She never came back to check on us. I had initially ordered mayo on the side and she didn’t bother putting that in so I had to ask her to which she looked annoyed and took her 15 minutes to come back and throw down a couple of mayo packets on the table without saying anything. Then after we were done I had to go ask for boxes because she didn’t bother checking on us. The manager was just sitting at the front flirting with the hostess and not bothering to check on any of the guests. Worst experience and service I’ve had in a long time. Not bothering to come back here anymore.

  The girls who were serving were very rude—one of them is named Cami. They shouldn't even be working there if they have such a bad attitude and arrogance; they give the restaurant a bad image. They didn't say "thank you," "please," or anything at all—they were completely arrogant.

  Horrible service immediately at pick up was told order was going to take another 10 minutes because online times are wrong, cashier wouldn't go back to check on my food, then came back in and she just saud it was getting bagged, then got my order and got home and was all mixed in with almost no sauce on the wings... doesn't let me add photo
