  Catching a 6am flight is never fun, so imagine how glad I was that they opened at 4am. The crew was ready to roll, friendly and efficient and got us cross-eyed early birds through the line as quickly as possible. Shout out to Vayla who very kindly helped me with an issue I was having w the ordering screen. My Bagel was as ordered, fresh and hot, coffee just right. A godsend this early in the morning. Thank you ladies!

  The kiosk didn’t have a bagel I wanted (it was late in the day) and the employees helped me find what I needed for my diet. Very helpful

  Photos show specific bagels, but kiosks default to plain and don’t clearly prompt you to choose another, which is easy to miss and misleading. When I asked why my sandwich wasn’t on an everything bagel (as it was in the picture), the employee was rude and dismissive. Also frustrating: the tip screen starts at 18% (besides no tip), which felt excessive given the service. I regret tipping that 18%.
