  First time here, my wife's hand got burned and they missed an item in my order. My wife picked up our order and brought it to the car. I looked in the sealed bag and found that my twice baked hash brown was missing. My wife went back and they made it for us. They then gave it to her in her hand, in foil, straight out the second bake oven (see picture added to my review). It was so hot it burned her hand. The employee should have known by touching it that it was hot and should have placed it in a bag instead or at least warned her. She then carried it by the tip of the foil to the car where we then hot-potatoed it into our bag. When we got home she put some ice on her hand to soothe. She also mentioned when she was in there waiting that 3 employees just stood around talking while 1 employee did all the work. I give 1 star because food was good, but I wouldn't come back to this location.

  The manager in there treats the people on the food serving line like they’re incompetent and yells half directions and expects her staff to know what she’s talking about. The line workers on the food service line were very pleasant though.

  Too many children running around like chickens with their heads cut off.Not one single adult directing.... the guy running the cashiers, new nails were so long that he couldn't use the.Register correctly, the kid with the goatee i've literally turned around in a circle four times for no reasonbecause he was trying to do everything, but actually serve the customer. Your customers deserve better service. If you're not willing to pay enough for a competent adult to run the show, you should shut down business and go home, because you don't deserve the money, you're getting.

  No urgency to provide quick service. I stood at that register for several minutes while the lady chatted with someone about her personal life ignoring me. I left without my order, I’m just over this kind of service.
