  I ordered 2 jalapeno cheese bagels which were still doughy and had not been fully cooked. Once we discovered it was not cooked we stopped eating them but we both got sick. I called the store on river and the person that answered just made excuses. The worst bagel I have ever eaten.

  Honestly, bagel was not bad got a western which was delicious. But I have to say been coming here for years and the service is horrible, definitely need to be cautious on who they hire as well as training properly. Gentlemen with dreads helped me and had head phones in his ear was not very welcoming and don’t know or care on how to greet a customer properly. However The young lady at the register was very friendly, I believe her name was Leiya at least that was name in receipt. Brueggers has definitely went down hill in Tucson. I really think they should maybe invest in making more Einstein’s in town they have great Bagels and great service every time. And if possible maybe Einstein’s can get pastrami lol, that’s pry the only reason I go to brueggers. Thank you for hearing me out, just my feed back!

  On the road to Saguaro National Park West, we made a quick carryout stop at Bruegger’s Bagels, and it turned into a pretty great little road trip upgrade. We grabbed two bagels and did the share-half strategy, which felt both practical and a little genius. The Vermonter leaned sweet, so we saved it for last and treated it like dessert. No regrets there. The Bacon, Avocado & Tomato with whole eggs was the savory star, hearty, satisfying, and exactly what you want before a desert adventure. Service was okay. Nothing unfriendly, just a bit light on attention to detail. Case in point, I ordered a small double shot latte and received something that could hydrate a small village. Their definition of “small” is… ambitious. That said, you’re not coming here for precision coffee measurements. You’re coming for the bagels, and those delivered. Go for the bagels, split a couple, and get back on the road happy.

  Stopped in and bought a jalapeño bagel and a coffee. The service was fast and the bagel was tasty.
