  My breakfast sandwiches were of the highest quality, flavor, and presentation. Gaby (customer service) really put her heart into preparing my order! Furthermore, I was treated with the utmost respect, professionalism, and kindness from Abby (shift leader) at the register. Please make sure to stop in there and say hi to that fantastic duo!!

  this place sucks. four employees standing up front and talking with customers at the register. no acknowledgment or greeting. employees are rude and don’t even know what’s going on around them. would suggest getting a better crew 🙃

  What happened?Crappy attitude. I said good morning. You just look at me. I asked you if you could put just a little bit of color on my bagel and let you know I’ve seen people put it in the box before to do that? You stare at me and roll your eyes?? Seriously and then there’s a tip prompt when I pay? You’re kidding me right? I used to come here every single morning. I stopped for a really long time and now I remember why! not sure what happened to the customer service around here very disappointing you all walk around with straight faces never smiling don’t say hello and couldn’t care less. If my employees acted like this, they would not have a job

  Abby is awesome. I was running late and dropped my wallet she told she would pay. My wallet was by my car and I went back in and paid. She was very sweet

  I ordered 2 jalapeno cheese bagels which were still doughy and had not been fully cooked. Once we discovered it was not cooked we stopped eating them but we both got sick. I called the store on river and the person that answered just made excuses. The worst bagel I have ever eaten.
