And now all I see is sour faces when I walk in here. The environment did a complete 180 in the last 4 months. Everyone seemed to like their job before, and now there is zero customer service, the young man that was the general manger, Saleh was so kind and treated me wonderfully and the crew was great as well. I went in there today at 10:45 and the red headed lady had this nasty attitude. And my bagel tasted foul. I will no longer be coming in. It’s truly sad to witness the downfall of this store.
- AVAleece VickersJul 22, 20262.0I was overcharged. I ordered 4 Asiago bagels, which according to the sign are signature bagels, but I got charged for gourmet. When I asked about it the girl said "We are trained to charge all cheese bagels as gourmet." Which does not make sense because it very clearly said they were signature on the sign. The bagels were still delicious, but I don't appreciate being overcharged and then brushed off when I ask about it. Mistakes happen but instead of doing something about it she just brushed me off.

Furthermore, I was treated with the utmost respect, professionalism, and kindness from Abby (shift leader) at the register. Please make sure to stop in there and say hi to that fantastic duo!!
