We had a positive conversation and I can't wait to return and see the improvements and continue eating at one of my favorite breakfasts places. I know the improvements will keep customers coming back. Food was decent, store was filthy and the employees act like you are bothering them when you order. I only posted this so the owner would see and have a good deep clean and attitude adjustment.

I generally like to order hot toasted bagels and for some reason they insist on serving cold chewy bagels instead. I can get cold bagels from Safeway and pay 1/2 the price, we come to Bruegger’s for hot, fresh, amazing bagels!?
