  Enjoyable visit with pricey decent food. Parking here is a beyond frustrating experience that's best avoided by not visiting.

  My wife and I go in on our weekend ritual of coffee and dozen bagels for our boys Dina and her crew are always in a mood that makes the food even better. There were times I'd be angry with the woman and we both forget what we were arguing over after talking with the staff over our orders. We have been going there for several years and have always received the best service and positive vibe from everyone. Thank you Dina and team for being the reason Melissa and I get to spend our mornings with amazing people and always leave us with smiles.

  Yet another place that doesn't know customer service 🙄 🤔. No hello, no hi nothing at all when u come in. Tell them you're here to pickup an online order, they smack your bag and drink on the counter and say nothing. What happened to thanking your customers?

  Was very unfortunate that I had to walk out with ordering anything. The only worker inside was on the phone, talking the entire time while I wanted to order. Wasn't sure who she was talking to and it sounded like it could have been the GM but I would think the customer is priority. I had to walk out because I was on a short lunch break. Upset because I genuinely like the food and coffee but upset about the service.

  I stop in to this location maybe 2-3 times per month on my way to work downtown. I'm submitting this review because today I saw the person, who i believe to be the manager, cover the cost of a sandwich for a man who, based on his appearance, was struggling. The man had a few one dollar bills in hand and appeared to be asking about the cost of a sandwich. The manager looked at him and said the farmhouse is our biggest sandwich. She then looked at the cashier and told her cashier that she would pay the difference. She wasn't loud about it, didn't draw any attention to herself, nor to the man. She treated him like a human who happened to need some help at this time and she helped him in a way that she could. I'm pretty sure that I was the only customer that noticed. Well done. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
