There were times I'd be angry with the woman and we both forget what we were arguing over after talking with the staff over our orders. We have been going there for several years and have always received the best service and positive vibe from everyone. Thank you Dina and team for being the reason Melissa and I get to spend our mornings with amazing people and always leave us with smiles.

Wasn't sure who she was talking to and it sounded like it could have been the GM but I would think the customer is priority. I had to walk out because I was on a short lunch break. Upset because I genuinely like the food and coffee but upset about the service.
