  I have been going there for years and had my order made the same specifically only toasting the bagel. However, the shift lead today was so rude and refused to give me the bagel I had already paid for if ordered like usual. This shift lead (Mexican, has tattoos, and a dermal facial piercing) has been consistently rude every time I have come in there and shows no customer service skills and had made the same customized order a couple days ago herself. She has no business working in customer service.

  The staff is rude and condescending. It's been that way for at least a year now. Other reviews state the same thing and management promises to change things around. But they do nothing. I went in today for a dozen bagels cut in half. No cream cheese. Easy right? I watched as she put the bagels on the counter to be cut and just had a feeling she would use a dirty knife that had already cut many, many sandwiches that included cream cheese. I WAS RIGHT! She started cutting with the dirty knife and when I asked her to use a clean one, but became quite put off. She cleaned the knife and then went back to work. One of her co-workers came around the corner and they started whispering about me and making jokes about being a "Karen". This was so upsetting to have the staff make fun of me.......Management: don't pretend like you care - do something. NOW! Maybe look at In-N-Out's playbook for customer service. Ugh!

  Horrible experience picked up food for a friend at least five employees stared at me while I was waiting to order never been there before didn't know where to order at the counter or where they were making the food. Told they asked me what my name was for picking up an order I told them I'm placing an order now, they walked away from me then tried to place the order the guy making the sandwich look stoned out of his mind told him I wanted a crispy bacon egg and cheddar bagel he asked me if I want it toasted apparently it already comes that way so why is he asking me what kind of cheese I want? I already told him cheddar three times he tells me we have American Swiss and cheddar. It was a nightmare ordering I wouldn't go in there ever again. Customer service sucks at that particular bruegger's bagels 🤬🤬🤬

  Today is 6/23 at 9:53am and the 2 girls here working are terrible at smiling, acknowledging, and pace of work. Do they even talk? Maybe they should get some coffee. Zero urgency and zero friendliness. I’ll go somewhere else.
