- MMMr. Mims1 day ago5.0Been coming here for years the manager Live is an awesome human being. Food is great. Service is good. lately not as much as before the sandwich makers seem to be bringing their problems to work or aren’t enjoying what they do. They seem colder than the ones before.

I always see same amount of people just different. Always that same morning vibe,cheerful staff , same but different. Some times there busy and you have to slowly work thru the line while watching the staff make your order. I love their house coffee almost as much as my regular Bruegger. What keeps me coming back is the staff and service. Of course the coffee and western bagel LOL. Thank you to the morning staff 's. Personal Note : Stay away from AUTOMOTIVE & DIESEL Performance/Repair :
- LLLastoMay 7, 20261.0I placed a large order the day before for 2 dozen bagels and 2 gallons of coffee, with a scheduled pickup at 7:10 AM. When I arrived, the coffee still wasn’t finished brewing…it wasn’t ready until 7:30 AM. This was far from the quick pickup I needed before work. The whole experience was really disappointing for a big order, and I won’t be coming back here for anything like this again.

Burnt the bagel I ordered and never asked if I wanted another bagel. They spent the first 5 min I was there waiting flirting with the manager. They are rude and was eating food right out of the container.
- WSWilliam ScurrahApr 5, 20262.0Poorly managed and inefficient. Sandwich makers seemed confused and overwhelmed. Ingredients ran out during midmorning rush; they apparently didn’t plan ahead. Took 20 minutes to get my one (1) plain bagel. Also not as sanitary as I would expect from experienced restaurant workers—they used the same knife to cut sandwiches and to open a packet of cheese slices without cleaning the blade before and after. Possibility of cross contamination. They need a good manager. I will go elsewhere in future.
