- AAAnonymous5 days ago1.0Call before doing business, walk in if you aren't disabled or simply do business elsewhere to avoid automated AI dead ends. The phone number provided at this time doesn't seem to work. No possible way to simply alert a human being about the issue. I placed an order for a photo cake online two weeks before it was needed however the phone number provided in the official order confirmation email is not working or active. The phone number on the official website matches that phone number but it cannot be used. It does not seem to be active. Other Baskin-Robbins locations cannot check on the order because they are different franchises and therefore do not have order information for other locations accessible to them. I could neither confirm the physical location exists or if my product would be ready and able to be picked up by someone else and what they would need. I called other locations asking about this but they said they dont sell cakes online. I have a disability and I had questions about somebody else picking it up. I won't be able to get it. I called the Baskin-Robbins customer support line several times on different days at different times but it rings one time, then says they're unable to take the call and to use the online website. I got an email back from the website in the beginning when i tried to alert them to the phone problem. The email says to wait two business days for a reply from either the franchise owner their field representatives about it and if I did not receive any contact to reply back to that email. I did not get a response in another two business days so I replied to the email I waited a few more days and then I got a duplicate of that same exact email which I replied to. I tried to contact the parent company to report the issue about the phone but was not successful with that either because I could not locate an appropriate working number. I was charged for this product and I cannot ask about it, confirm anything about it, and I was not able to get any assistance from anybody live anywhere about it in my 12 day efforts or 8 business days thus far at the location involved. I did request another location try to call this location and they were also not successful on their mobile phone. They called on speaker and got the same recording. Call before doing business, walk in if you aren't disabled or simply do business elsewhere to avoid automated AI dead ends.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
