I pointed to the giant picture of a banana split in their menu. They said that they don't do that at this location. They said they were out of every flavor I asked for. Finally got my ice cream and paid, and they said they were out of spoons. At an ice cream shop. That was the point where I pulled my head behind the counter, saw a giant can full of spoons, and grabbed a handful while looking at the cashier. I'm sure they have lots of fun telling people they're out of things, but the owners here should probably look into it.

I will never go back. I cant believe there is not management that cares if they make any money. This was on a Saturday night. This appears to be a frequent BR problem as the location on Valencia has the same lack of work ethic problem. Shame on you Baskin Robbins. Cold Stone is definitely worth the money and actually get service.
