- TCTanya Cline3 days ago1.0I had heard that the "children" working there set their own hours. Make sure you go early. OK, I was there about 6:45 as the posted hours were open until 8. When i arrived, the door were locked and there was a printed sign on the door saying they closed at 7pm. 2 children were in there mopping the floors. One pointed to the taped up sign. I will never go back. I cant believe there is not management that cares if they make any money. This was on a Saturday night. This appears to be a frequent BR problem as the location on Valencia has the same lack of work ethic problem. Shame on you Baskin Robbins. Cold Stone is definitely worth the money and actually get service.

After deciding what we wanted, went to the window to pay and all of a sudden the blender was broken. You have one blender?? Won’t be back. Seemed like the girl working didn’t even want to be there. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
