When we sat down a different person delivered the pizza to us and she was very friendly. When she asked if she could get anything for us, we asked for ranch and she said it was extra and we are supposed to order sauces at the counter... We didn't know that. Didn't see a sign anywhere that said that and we just wondered why she would ask if she could get us anything when she actually can't bring anything... and the pizza was mushy. Needed cooked longer.
