Sooo, I’m super biased when it comes to Mexican restaurants ANYWHERE because I grew up with my Mexican Mama’s home cooked Mexican food and nothing has ever come close. Amelias food comes super close to the point that I want to come back to try everything else on the menu. First of all, Oscar took very good care of us during our dining experience. He was very attentive and made our cocktails exactly how we wanted them. The ceviche was so good, I didn’t even use the tortilla chips to eat it. It was so good on its own. My hubby had the chicken enchiladas with mole and Holy Mole, it was so good! I want to go back to have the shrimp enchiladas with mole. I also had the grilled shrimp tacos. It came with a sauce that just made it chef’s kiss. We were very happy with our dining experience and will be back soon.

Had our first experience with Amelia's and just wow! We were wanting just simple and delicious chips/salsa, margaritas and authentic Mexican food. Amelia's met these expectations plus some! The atmosphere was amazing (but a small restaurant so a reservation might be needed when busy), the food was so flippin good, and the margaritas and salsa totally earn the name championship margaritas and salsa. Maddie was our server and she was super attentive, helped with food recommendations and made the best prickly pear margarita I think i've ever had. I could drink 15 of those no problem. Highly recommend Amelia's!!!

Was traveling to Tucson and hotel clerk told us best Mexican restaurant. My husband and I said ok. Food was awesome! Appetizer tried yellow peppers stuffed with shrimp and cheese wrapped in bacon and grilled it was delicious. The entrees we got was the best. Outstanding Margaritas! I think our server was Louis he was the best. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Second time here - first time for breakfast. We show up at 11:45 AM. The menu said breakfast was served until 12:00 PM. Our server, Oscar, overheard the hostess say the kitchen said breakfast was over at 11:50 AM. He got our breakfast order in before noon! The avocado chorizo burrito was SO good. The service was even better!! We sat outside, the weather was so nice! (End of September) and the music was the perfect vibe to do that little happy dance when the food is good... you know that dance! Thank you, Oscar!!!

I have ordered pickup in 8/28 evening, which shows it will be ready in 6:50 pm. When I have arrived there at 7 pm, they said wait for 50 minutes for the pick up order. What is the point of ordering them ahead, and don't they need to update such delay if there is? So I have asked cancelation, and a person (I have asked for manager) said he will refund it and I will get my credit back by 5 business days (even, I have called the day after again for the confirmation). Of course, it did not come. So I have called again in 9/4, now new person said she is the manager/or person in charge of the online order said she never heard about this, and she said she will refund the order, and I will get the refund by 9/9. Now after two weeks of original incidence, my refund did not come. Such a poor service, and I hope they just don't do the online order if they cannot handle it.
