  Everytime I add real fruit to my drink I never get them. I was charged almost $2 extra for fruit that I never got. And you dont ever know until after your done drinking it and find NOTHING. I haven't been to a sonic that hasn't forgotten my paid fruit. It happens at least 5 out of every 10 visits. If you can get it right on the receipt why can't you get the drinks right?

  What an absolute fail all of our food came out cold they sent out french fries with our kids meal instead of applesauce.and then we’re rude about the fact that we got french fries instead of applesauce as we asked.so we couldn’t have the applesauce and the meantime we waited 15 minutes before they came back to the window and we would’ve gladly given them, the cold fries back what a fail do not recommend

  Order my food online to make for a easy quick pick up lol o boy was i wrong smh been innline for over 20 mins and they keep asking me what's my name on the order 5 different times and now asking me what's in my order and my pickup said it will be ready at 1143 got here at 1140 and its past midnight and im still in line waiting for my food smh smh

  Just not like the store location on Lower Buckeye unfortunately service here is bland feels like they just working to provide for themselves however Lower Buckeye Store gives you the feeling and meaning of value ❤️ PlayNoGames Praying every location get into alignment and learn from other stores 🏬

  I went to this Sonic location for the first time without reading the other reviews. That was a mistake. I’m thinking that this location should NOT be 24 hours. I placed a mobile pickup order, parked and checked in to a stall. After about 10 minutes of waiting I press the red button. It takes them a couple more minutes to answer. The girl working was so rude and short in her tone. She lets me know that they’re only doing drive thru. I say I’m here for a pick up and ask if she would want me to just go through the drive. She snips back a yes and I pull into the drive thru line. There’s only two cars in front of me and I wait another 30 minutes. I get my order with terrible customer service (Didn’t get a name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag). I paid extra for add ons and they weren’t even done. I won’t be going to this location again.
