  I’m very disappointed with my experience at Sonic tonight. We were told by the employees that they were not serving ice cream and only had Slushes available. Since we had our kids with us and were looking forward to a late-night snack, we decided to go ahead with what was available. However, when we got to the window, we could clearly see that they were, in fact, still serving ice cream to other customers. What made the situation even more upsetting was that the employees saw us witnessing them serve ice cream, yet we had just been told that they weren’t serving it. It’s not simply the fact that we couldn’t get ice cream that upset me—it’s being told something that clearly wasn’t true and then having to watch it happen right in front of us. My kids were excited for a late-night treat, and what should have been a simple, enjoyable snack instead ended in disappointment. I really hope management addresses this with the staff. Customers deserve honest, accurate information and respectful service. If ice cream is still being served, just say so. If there’s a reason certain customers can’t order it, that should be explained. Being told one thing and then witnessing the complete opposite is extremely frustrating and left a very bad impression of our experience at Sonic.

  Waiting at the drive through for more than 30 mins and they couldn’t get past the first customer for the whole time I was there. It’s supposed to be fast food

  I think they should consider replacing or repairing the ice cream and shake machine. For some strange reason, it always seems to be “out of service” during the night shift. And since I don’t want to assume that the associates simply don’t want to make ice cream or shakes, I guess we’ll just blame the machines! 😅 Hopefully management can look into this, because it’s frustrating when these items are on the menu but consistently unavailable at night.

  Don’t order online they don’t see it. I waited for 30 minutes for four drinks and when I showed them they didn’t have anything on their side supposedly and check with them to double check the location which they said was right but couldn’t give me a answer . I had place the order and showed up at the stall and they updated it to getting it ready then on its way and nothing. Then 35 minutes later they have the order ready. No explanation just drop off and walked away fast. Hopefully it was just a online error but still sucks. Ordered at 5:59 and left at 6:35 didn’t think it took that long for four drinks as their was only 3 cars in the stalls

  I got the $7 meal and they gave me a cheeseburger with no pattie it was only tomatoes lettuce and sauce I love Sonic to and this is disappointing I just wanted to get off of work and have a nice good burger and I couldn't even have that 🥺😕🫤😣
