  I come to this Sonic location daily to order a BAG OF ICE. Yes, I consume a whole bag everyday by myself. Often times in the middle of the night. When it's hot out and I'm waiting on my Uber they offer to hold it inside so it doesn't melt and bring me a cup of ice water to keep me cool. I always get friendly fast service. The property is clean and the employees seem genuinely happy working there. Here's the thing... A Bag of Ice is not offered as an option on your UberEats menu so I can have it delivered. Please can you add this option. Thank you.

  Poor customer service at picnic tables as didn’t answer call box. Ice cream machine broken. Never served, left for another vendor

  I ordered ONE drink a medium lemonade slushy it was only one car here when I got here what takes OVER 20 Minutes for a drink than the guy NEXT to me that came 10 minutes after me gets his drink before me just slow and don’t need a job this is crazy and didn’t even add my lime that I paid extra for

  We got here around 9:20 parked tried to order outside, workers told us to go through the drive thru even though the machines were working. We got in line, waited forever in line, they weren’t taking our order, because they “didn’t register us” so we had to order through the window and couldn’t see any menu so we had to search up the menu, then they were slow to take our order, and in the process they started a fire inside, so they had to restart our order entirely, and we didn’t end up getting our food until 10:08 for only 2 burgers. Horrible service, I wish that these workers get fired because this was just horrible, and the food was alright definitely not worth the 40 minute wait. Don’t come here if you are trying to get a quick meal. You guys really took the fast outta fast food. Horrible overall, DONT COME HERE.

  Had a uber eats order at 430am and nobody was there like if you're short staffed please change your times to win people can work. I drive 10 miles to you to have to cancel the order. Manager you got this i know you can change the times too. Sorry if im being rude but I dont get paid for canceled orders. And gas is expensive. I hope youre able to hire more employees. Goodluck
