  I don't understand why they make Burger spots like this and the service is horrible, the food is bad ,and the order was bad, also it was cool to try it one time to learn that it sucks too expensive for crappie burgers.

  For the amount that we spent there on the burgers, they were pretty bad. My son is a bacon boy so we got the baconzilla, and it was bad no flavor over sauced you could’ve put salt and pepper on there and it would’ve tasted good, but there was absolutely no flavor. Even the sauce on there had no flavor. It was just weird. This isn’t the rally’s I remember. Burger King is 10 times better than this place.

  Sheesh alot of people bashing this place but I had a good experience went after I got off my night shift job and could tell the food was made fresh spicy chicken sandwich is my go to I also got a new burger they had it was also good. Fries mozzarella sticks all fresh. You don't go to rallys expecting 5 star restaurant service they took my order explained when I asked for what was on the burger and I paid pretty simple some people just love to overcomplicate things.

  This was my first time trying Rally’s, and I left disappointed. I ordered the Big Buford combo. The burger itself was okay, and the buns, sauce, and condiments tasted fine, but the meat patty had a distinct flavor that tasted off. It is hard to describe, but it definitely did not taste right to me. The fries were very crispy, which was the one highlight of the meal. What made the experience worse was the service. I was the only person in the drive-thru, yet my order still took longer than expected. The staff member was also unfriendly and seemed like they hated being there. There was no greeting, no thank you, and no effort to make the interaction pleasant. I may give Rally’s one more chance in the future, but as of now, I am not impressed.

  I got there at 10:10 am and wanted to try the newer restaurant. I asked for no ice and the drink was packed with ice. Ordered the Bufford and the bun was hard and stale. The burgers were luke warm at best. There was only one car ahead of me. This is Unacceptable. First and last time going here.
