    Laylani was such an amazing barista!! She tended to us quickly and had incredible energy. Helped us choose our drinks and was so sweet and patient. The whole team overall was amazing and this will definitely be my go to spot!!

    I went to this location for my first time ever today around 4:30ish and was in line wayyyy too long. I was in line for at least 20-30 minutes and there may have been 6 cars ahead of me but there was only 1 line jumper person. She was super sweet but was just too long to sit in line for a drink. I might try going there again but I will be VERY leary and will probably go to the Avondale location because they are more efficient based on this experience.

    The manager was extremely rude. The employee didn’t properly secure the lid on our drink, and it came off, spilling the entire drink on my wife’s clothes, the car seat, and the floor. When we asked for a replacement, the manager demanded a photo and even suggested it could be AI-generated, which was incredibly insulting and unprofessional. My wife’s clothes were soaked, and the car was left wet, sticky, and messy. Instead of taking responsibility for the situation, the manager then asked us to retrieve the cup from the trash before they would remake the drink. If that was required, it should have been communicated before we threw it away. The entire experience was handled poorly, and the customer service was disappointing. I expected much better from a manager! Better she should have followed me to the car to help clean the mess!!
