  They are CONSTANTLY forgetting orders. I’ve been here a few times and each time I went to the window and ordered I had to wait a long time because each time they just forgot about me

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH DRIVE THRU PICKUP ORDERS. This location does not observe a lane for drive thru vs. order-ahead drive thru options. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time and the app should have this feature disabled for that reason. Both lines were full so I decided to park and walk up to pick up my order because surely the order should have already been made and ready to pick up SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER AHEAD OF TIME. Also wrong. Waited over 30 minutes for my order and the breakfast sandwich was cold.. either way, don't waste your time with the sausage & egg sandwich because the quality is similar to the frozen ones from walmart. The drink I ordered didn't have protein. The young lady at the register with the dark hair, longish braids, and glasses had a horrible attitude with myself and another customer. I asked if she can cancel my order and give me a refund and she didn't even make eye contact with me before saying to call customer service and went about her business. Today I was reminded why I stopped coming to this location in the 1st place.

  Everyone in polite, orders are correct when you get them, and their food is really goog.

  The breakfast items are on a smaller scale. But I'm just trying to feel my hunger, not my appetite. I also have a positive experience with the staff at Dutch brothers just like I do Chick-fil-A in and out of various other mom and pop restaurants, II love the shade tarps, they put up over the drive through, really make it more comfortable for the baristas and for the oncoming customers making it cooler and easier to see the menu and get out of the heat, really calming you down. I wish all restaurants did that.

  I honestly want this review to be about one employee in particular. While I was disappointed with my interactions with the manager and some of the staff leads, one employee stood out in the best way possible. She was incredibly kind, patient, and generous throughout our visit. Her thoughtfulness and positive attitude completely changed the experience for us. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making others feel welcomed and valued. I truly appreciate her kindness and the gesture she extended to us. She made a lasting impression and is the reason I’m taking the time to leave this review.
