    There’s no point of ordering head if they choose what drinks to make before yours . Employe had all my drinks ready yet decided to stand there and talk to his coworkers for about 5 minutes. Will not be coming to this location anymore!

    People are already disrespectful trying to cut the line at the drive thru, why put two lines and not serve who came first.

    The employees definitely need some more training 😂 There was nobody in the drive-thru, and somehow they still managed to mess up my drinks. They really need to understand the difference between blended vs. iced… because apparently we’re all just making beverages based on vibes at this point

    I’ve been a repeat customer at Dutch Bros for a while now, and Sierra is definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back! She’s always so friendly, welcoming, and has such a great attitude every time I see her. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and makes every visit feel like a good experience. Even when it’s busy, she keeps the energy positive and is always super nice. Great service, great drinks, and an even better experience thanks to Sierra! Dutch Bros is lucky to have her! 🙌🏽☕️
