    I’ve always enjoyed going to this Dutch location they always have great customer service but every time they have a “drop” that’s not a sticker it gets beyond crazy and this is not the first time I join the madness the issue I have is that they should already have an rough estimate on how much they sell when they have such drops i was in line 2 hours into it and when they handed me my order they apologized because they had already ran out of the drop item. This is not the first time I said that next time they should let one know beforehand so nobody is not stuck expecting something they never had enough of for the next 30 minutes or so of still waiting in line I understand situation where sales can be unpredictable yet still be driven but with past experience “drops” they should have some type of idea. Hopefully they read this and make some time of change so maybe when this happens again I’d rather be notified and go another day which is somewhere i already frequent 2-3 times a week already.

    Every single time I come here I am met with the most wonderful customer service and the most delicious drinks. My drink is what gets me going for the day, the energy I run off of and everytime I am just met with a beautiful drink. My absolute favorite drink is the strawberry colada which usually is available during summer, and when it's off menu they help me with remembering what's in it so I can continue to order ❤️ , also the manger Sierra ( or cierra, not sure how its spelt) rocks !! She has a bright personality and Always makes sure I'm taken care of, my drinks hit everytime! Thank you for wonderful drinks and crazy good energy😎

    Sierra(eeekk hope thats how its spelled) was absolutely freaking amazing the drinks are always made to perfection ! I get the strawberry colada rebel !!!!!!Shes so kind and her vibes are out of this world best Dutch location ever !

    Took just over 20 minutes for one small drink and a muffin. Drink was fine but the muffin was soggy and damp. I used to stop here almost every day and now I remember why i don’t.

    This place is my bf's & my favorite place, I mean it's right around the corner of our house. literally lol and just having the best customer service ever makes us go back even more! Tezla & Sydni are one of the sweetest people! I love having conversations with them, they always make us and our pets feel so welcome! ❤️
