  If you're gonna jack up prices least you can do is make sure the food and service are decent. This TB charges more than others in the area, for subpar food and service. I used to come here all the time, it's been going downhill for a year or so and I stuck with it cause it was convenient. Now after the recent price hikes I won't bother going anymore.

  The skinny little girl working the drive thru is extremely rude and apparently doesn’t really know how to do her job I guess. Ordered chips on the side for my nachos plus extra toppings. The order comes out loaded, mind you it’s for my sister with autism who won’t eat it if it’s all together. When I asked it to be face that girl gave the worst attitude. Then I receive the order and the extra toppings aren’t there. If you’re gonna charge that much for extra toppings, you’d better put them on the order. When I walked inside to politely ask for the extra toppings that were missing and even thanked them for remaking the order, this little girl came around the corner with an attitude once again. Given the children in the store I decided to drop it and leave. If you are that little girl currently reading this comment, by all means, feel free to find me on Instagram and tell me exactly what that bitter attitude was about. Don’t work at Taco Bell if you’re gonna be miserable! Especially such a high volume location. Pathetic work ethic and attitude honestly. If management would like proof of this situation, please email me I’ve got plenty ! :)

  This taco bell is the worst. Always check your bag before you leave the drive thru. I've ordered in the drive thru and online from them. They constantly forget to put items in the bag. Their Pepsi often watered down, like they don't replace the box or bag of the soda in the back.

  I truly have had the greatest experience everytime I come here, specifically to this location. Today I just worked a 14 hour shift and was CRAVING some tbell, and Lisa was the sweetest. Greeted me with the most positive energy and truly made my night. I live closer to the location on Apache Blvd, but I continue to come here due to their positive attitudes. Food is above and beyond every time, which usually doesn’t happen with fast food. This location really has it under control, and I will continue to be coming here. Thank you Lisa for such a positive experience tonight, and for our conversation. Love yall and I also highly recommend the dirty Baja blast if you’ve never tried it yet. Have an amazing day 🤗

  Ordered 4 crunchy tacos nothing else at kiosk. Waited 45 minutes for order with only around 6 previous customers. Customers waited average 20-30 minutes for food. Staff could not explain delay. Was told multiple times “it’s on the way.” Kitchen staff heard cursing, becoming confrontational. Clocking out staff member was being loud and dismissive of the situation. Was finally addressed by manager who had food immediately made then cussed out kitchen workers. Giving 2/5 stars because I was at least given a free drink and fries to make up for the wait.
