  Nacho fries were so burnt and terrible they looked like sweet potato fries. Every substitution of my order was ignored. Tomatoes in everything I asked for no tomatoes. Absolutely zero attention to detail and no care about customer service whatsoever.

  There’s this dude I think his name is Jordan. He was really nice and really respectful and even when I dropped my drinks he was really nice about it and cleaned it up for me. This guy is really cool and I’ve never met a better employee.

  9:52 PM truck cuts me off from pulling into drive through. Went inside to try and order and manager was rude and abrasive. I asked how long truck was going to block drive through and what time lobby closed. 11pm truck was estimated 1-2 hrs from employee when asked. If you dont want to do your job. Then quit. This is the impression i got from employee who came out and went to lock lobby doors when i tried to come inside.

  Horrible customer service. Long drive thru line. Went inside thinking service would be quicker. Waited more than 15 minutes for 3 tacos. CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IS NEEDED.
