  I will NEVER eat here again! Ordered flavorless pozolé just to find a big dead fly halfway through my soup to top it off🤢🤮 Susie's used to be amazing and my family and friends all loved this place but it's gone downhill these past few years. It's way too overpriced for the portions you get and its just not worth it anymore. The food simply isn't the same. This was absolutely disgusting and horrifying....awful experience!

  Im leaving this review to say thank you to the staff here, and to let others know of my experience. From the moment you walk in, youre greeted with a warm smile, and delightful fresh chips and salsa. The breakfast was fantastic, from the mechaca to the carne Asada, potatoes, eggs, tortillas, everything is delightful. The portion sizes are amazing, everyone was well fed. But the desserts. Pastel Tres Leches one of the best I ever tried. Then came the Nieve Frita. It brought tears to my eyes. Ive been chasing this flavor from 35 years ago from a restaurant that used to be a staple of my neighborhood. The taste of home was the greatest thing I could have asked for on my trip to Mesa. I understand why you were the #1 recommended spit for breakfast/brunch in Mesa. You deserve it. I will be telling everyone I know to come here if they are ever nearby. Thank you so much for the amazing food, and the amazing experience your staff created.

  Susie’s was actually really good lol. I got the #14 combo with machaca beef, beans, rice, and corn tortillas. The machaca was probably my favorite part, and the queso fundido was really good too. I also tried some of the green corn tamale and crispy beef taco and both were solid. Portions were pretty big too — I didn’t even finish all the rice or tortillas. Definitely feels like one of those local spots I’d actually come back to instead of just trying once.

  Everything About this place is Fire🔥 literally soo good the food is mouth watering. I been coming here since I was young and they Never disappoint. Brought my lady here for her 1st time she loved it as well said ( This was the best mexican food she ever had ). All the staff was extremely friendly 😋. Our waitress was Amazing 👏 🤩. We ordered off the combination plates #16 red and green chill enchiladas with rice and beans.
