  Can you tell me why delivery drivers have to come walk up to the front door to get their food orders? Instead of the employees doing what sonic has always done and bringing the food to the car? this is some passive aggressive/classist discrimination. This sonic doesn't manage the behavior of its employees. Drive a few more minutes and go to a Good Sonic location. This one is fatigued

  I stop here for drinks and breakfast a few times a week on the way to work. Joseph works the morning shift and is always very friendly and cheerful. Alex who works weekend mornings is equally cheerful and pleasant to deal with. I frequent this Sonic because I can always expect to receive friendly and excellent service from Joseph and Alex. Kudos to them! PS Sonic Corporate people..call me would ya? LOL I have issues with the app, can’t ever reach anyone to get it fixed. I want my rewards already!

  don’t go to this sonic. They do not ever bring orders out and tell customers they aren’t serving. I never got my order after waiting 30+ minutes and I was not the only one waiting around. I’m so disappointed because this has happened so many times.

  I asked for lots of Ketchup with my French fries, But when I got home and opened the bag, there was no catch-up. The fries tasted like they had been made in rancid oil. As far as I was concerned, they were inedible. I called the store to inform them, and the manager asked if I wanted a refund. Since it cost more than three dollars for a medium sized order that I couldn’t eat, I said yes. But when he found out that I’d order them through the app, he told me that they couldn’t give me a refund because the app wasn’t connected with Sonic. That’s strange.

  Do not give this sonic your business. If you go you are perpetuating its continued existence as a stain on the sonic brand. This is literally the worst sonic, period. If you are lucky enough for them to get your order right, and you're lucky enough for them to give you what you order, then you will get the most poorly prepared food ever for the 30 mins it takes them to give you a chalky milkshake, overcooked tatter tots and I would comment on the burger if they bothered to even put it in your bag. You are better off driving to any other sonic because this place isn't even a joke its just actively terrible in every way. And to what ever sap attempts to apologize for the service below. How about you drive over there past 9pm and order something yourself before you pretend to care about your customer experience.
