  Absolute dog water of an experience. Water nearly 40 freaking minutes for just 2 drinks. What the hell is going on, and who the hell is running this place to the ground. Will never go to a sonic again. Not only did we wait, ive asked multiple times on an ETA and they responded " yeah we're busy" with only 5 other cars on the lot. Cherry on top, the 2 drinks were wrong and gross. This place is beyond trash. Especially this location.

  Let’s be so real, why does it take 25 minutes for some chicken tenders and corn dogs… this ain’t “fast food”. The food is already mid and the fact I can go sit down at a restaurant order and get my food sooner is absurd. Will never come to this sonic again, we were just trying to get some quick food before dropping the kiddos off at grandmas, she asked for 15 minutes before we stopped by so we drove 3 minutes down the road to end up being 30 minutes late… smh

  The worst sonic to order from. Waited 30 minutes in line. Then pulled up to ask if their drive thru was closed and was completely ignored. 5 people standing there on their phones and not saying or helping anyone at the drive thru. If your drive thru is closed then put a sign up. If you don’t want to do your job then literally go work somewhere else or don’t work at all like half the population. Would rather have paid the fee for door dash because this place SUCKSSSS. And it wasn’t like this a couple months or even a year ago.

  Literally the worst sonic in Arizona I've been here twice and waited 20 minutes at a window that didn't work was then told to go drive up window press the button no one came for 40 minutes anytime I have gotten food the fries are stale and the sandwiches are lukewarm

  I placed an order at 12:10. The app said it would be ready by 12:15. I have been waiting here for 30 minutes. It’s currently 12:40. I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and was completely ignored. I waited in the car stall for 10 minutes and was ignored. I came to the walk up kiosk and was finally greeted after another 6 minutes of waiting. An employee just walked over to me and said that she had my order.. except that it was not my order at all. She just sauntered off and didn’t pay me any mind. I understand being short staffed but this is something else. I don’t know if I’ve ever had this bad of an experience with any fast food establishment in my entire life. It is now 12:43 and I’m still waiting. I can see the employees inside; the same employees who said that they’re working like crazy because they’re so behind. They’re laughing and talking. One is scrolling on her phone. Another girl is sitting down in the corner. What is wrong with this location? This is ridiculous.
