  We had such an incredible experience, and Kris truly made it unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, Kris went above and beyond to make sure our family had an amazing time. He shared so much knowledge about the beautiful scenery around us, pointed out all of the wildlife, and even taught us the names of the different animals we were seeing. His passion and enthusiasm made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Kris was especially wonderful with our children. He was patient, accommodating, and made sure they were having just as much fun as the adults. It’s rare to find someone who is so attentive to every member of the group. The food was also seriously outstanding! The steak was one of the best I’ve had in a long time, the shrimp was absolutely delicious, and every single kids’meal was a hit. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Kris, for your exceptional service, hospitality, and for creating such a memorable experience for our family. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

  We had such a great experience at Rainforest Cafe, and a huge part of that was our waiter, Kris! He was incredibly attentive, making sure our drinks were always refilled before we even had to ask and checking in often to make sure we had everything we needed. He was personable, friendly, and really leaned into the Rainforest Cafe experience, which made it so much more fun. It’s not always easy to dine out with little ones, but he made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The food was delicious, and Rainforest Cafe is such a fun place to bring kids, but the outstanding service is what will have us coming back. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

  We had an amazing dining experience! The food was delicious, but what truly made our evening special was the outstanding service from our waitress, Cam. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our meal. Her warm personality and professionalism made our dinner relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable. Cam went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her exceptional service made the entire experience even better. Everything was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend this restaurant, and we hope to be served by Cam again on our next visit!

  This place was AMAZING! From the very beginning of walking in and experiencing the ambiance of the restaurant to the absolutely delicious food we had! Then add on top notch service and we were provided with one of the best dining experiences we've had throughout our vacation!! I, also, want to thank Angela, at the Arizona location, individually!!!! She was more than a waitress/server, she was a hands on, knowledgeable, fun-filled, caring person who went out of her way to make this experience truly one of a kind!!! Our first time will DEFINITELY not be our last! Thank you so much

  My boyfriend and I recently went to the Arizona Mills mall and had a blast! He rocked his fox hat and I rocked my Scream t-shirt! My boyfriend had gone to it growing up, but it was my very first time going! I had a blast! We explored just about every shop and had ourselves a bit of a shopping spree. I got two Ghostface t-shirts. Then I got him a Shadow The Hedgehog muscle shirt and a pair of Shadow The Hedgehog jean shorts. We ended up going to the Rainforest Cafe for the first time and had a blast! I highly recommend you all go here to eat! It's a blast at the Rainforest Cafe! The service was great and so was the food! All in all this was one of the best malls I've ever been to and part of the reason it was is because of the Rainforest Cafe! Everything at the Rainforest Cafe is reasonably priced and the portions are reasonable too! I can't talk enough about the wonderful staff though! My boyfriend is deathly allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and yeah! The staff here were super nice and understanding of that all! Especially Cal! Cal answered all our questions, helped us out with the menu, gave us tasty suggestions, was quick with refiling our drinks, and made our first time going here the absolute best! I've been in the grocery business for nine years and know what great customer service is. Five years with Fry's and four years with Safeway! Cal is everything a place like this needs. So if you're ever at the Rainforest Cafe and wanna have a great time. Ask for Cal!
