  I absolutely love this place!!!!!!! In a boring modern world of gray everything and no fun or character in retail/dining anymore Rainforest Cafe stands out and is amazing. I love the vibe in here so much and we’re so lucky to still have one in Arizona. Thank you Chris for your awesome personality and making the whole experience what I remember from years ago. I’ll be back again and again! I bought some stuff at the gift shop too, I was totally bought in. Thank you :)

  Had dinner for our daughter's birthday. The food was quite good, steaks cooked correctly, flavors were on point. Our server Kris was exceptional. Kris was super happy with a smile on his face whenever he stopped by, attentive, interacted with our children, made sure our drinks were full and checked multiple times to ensure our dining experience was positive. Gave the atmosphere 4 stars as mamy of the animitronics are aging and visibly broken (alligator in the front pond, leopard over the shop), there were no fish in the fish tanks, etc. Otherwise, great to share the experience I remember from my youth with my kids.

  The food was great and out in a decent amount of time. I would avoid the kids macaroni or with young kids it was in a liquid sauce and a little bit of a mess. My husband had salmon and coconut shrimp and he really liked both. The steak was delicious. I was expecting meh food because we went for the environment, but we were surprised. We made reservations, and showed up a bit early but were seated very quickly and got to sit along the edge near the elephants. Everyone we interacted with in the resteraunt was kind. The bathrooms could use a bit of a deep cleaning.

  My experience felt like they were leaning a little too hard into the “you come for the atmosphere” niche. Unfortunately, the food and service didn’t really give me a reason to come back. The menu was uninspired at best, and most of what we ordered tasted like it had been heated in an air fryer rather than freshly prepared. The service was also painfully slow. We sat down at 6:50 PM and didn’t have any food on the table until 7:40 PM. It took our server nearly 15 minutes just to come over and take our drink order, followed by another 20 minutes before my husband and I received the cocktails we ordered. I will say that our nephew had a great time, and I’m glad he enjoyed himself. But overall, this was not a $107.18 experience for any of us after tip. For that price, we ordered two adult beverages, one appetizer, a single entrée to share, and a kids’ meal. Given the quality of the food, the limited menu, and the slow service, I expected significantly more.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful experience at Rainforest Cafe! The food was great, the atmosphere was fun, and our waiter, Tony, truly made our visit special. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us laugh throughout our meal. You can tell he really cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. Tony went above and beyond, and honestly, we will definitely be coming back because of him! Thank you, Tony, for making our visit such a memorable one. We really appreciate you and all your hard work! 🥰🌴🐒🍽️ Highly recommend Rainforest Cafe, and if you get Tony as your waiter, you’re in for a great time!
