I stopped here recently for dinner,
The restaurant was mostly empty except for a birthday party of about 10 noisey celebrating adults and kids.
The waitress put me at a table next to the party so I had to ask to change seats to a quieter area .
I ordered a rib eye steak, it tasted ok but I vomit and had diarrhea when i got home.
Something is wrong there but I didn't report it to the health department.
I had to clean the knife and fork with the napkin.
I wish the dirty dining news people would go here and shut it down.
Definitely do eat there.

We had such a great experience at Outback Steakhouse, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Ashley! She was absolutely wonderful from the moment we were seated. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive without ever making us feel rushed or like she was checking on us too much.
Ashley was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer all of our questions and make great recommendations. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked in with us throughout the meal, and paid attention to all the little details that made our experience so enjoyable. Our food came out exactly as we ordered, and Ashley made sure everything was perfect before moving on.
This was honestly the worst customer service my family and I have ever experienced at this location. Our server, Ashley, completely dropped the ball today.
My husband ate half of his meal without anyone checking on our table or even offering to refill his drink. We had to ask for the cheesecake we had already paid for, and when we finally did, it took about 5 minutes for her to bring it out. She didn’t ask if we wanted any syrup or toppings and simply brought out a completely plain cheesecake.
What really disappointed me was that even my 11-year-old son noticed the lack of service. He loves coming here, but today he told me, “That lady was rude. She didn’t even check on us.” When a child notices how poorly a table is being treated, that says a lot.
The hostess up front actually helped us more than our server did, and I appreciated her kindness and effort. she deserved to be recognized for helping us when our server wasn’t.
Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, we did not receive that today. After this experience, my family is seriously reconsidering coming back.
Never in my life have I dealt with an unprofessional and inappropriate restaurant manager. I have been to this location on several occasions and I received good service until this past Friday on 8/21 with the dinner manager. We requested a table from the front waiting area everything was fine and we were seated everything was great. We noticed that we had been waiting a while which seemed out of the normal then a "person" who claimed to be a manager came to our table with my guest and I never provided their name and said that we were vaping inside of the restaurant never asked us or had any proof just flat out assumed. 1st off we were not vaping inside of the restaurant we were patiently waiting to be served. So that should have been handled with care instead of assumptions. Then she walked off. After sitting even longer to receive service someone finally comes out and I immediately requested to speak with that exact same manager by the way they never bothered to come back out. Of course I was upset however I remained patient and polite only for that person to never come out. Needless to say my guest and I ended up walking out and going to the Keg. Immediately when we walked in it was like a breath of fresh air great food immediately had water and bread upon being sat and most importantly great customer service. I say this to say that my guest and I were racially discriminated against and we were never able to speak with that particular quote on quote manager again I will definitely be taking this up the ladder as the more and more I think about it and the money that I've spent at that specific location angers me and I will not just let this slide as I am sure its either happened or will happen again. Not only did your horrible manager lose out on a nice bill of $200+ but also your business is now left with a horrible review for word of mouth and also a non-returning customer to any of your other locations. I would normally recommend that this be a coachable moment however being that the quote on quote manager was unprofessional that should actually be a firing to prevent this from happening again. I do not recommend this location due to unprofessionalism racism horrible customer service and honestly and unclean environment.

The food at this location was honestly horrific, to say the least. I stopped in for lunch because I wanted a good beef burger and decided to try Outback’s half-pound burger. Unfortunately, for a final cost of about $26 with tip, it was a huge disappointment.
The service was typical and not bad, so I have no major complaints there. The burger, however, was unacceptable. The bun was stale and hard, and the patty was smashed so thin and flat that, if it truly started as a half-pound burger, it felt like most of it had cooked away. The overall quality was far below what I expected from a steakhouse.
As someone who regularly reviews restaurants as a Google Guide, I can honestly say I’ve had much better burgers at a drive-thru for around $6. In fact, I would choose a Carl’s Jr. Famous Star over this burger without hesitation. For the price and for a restaurant that specializes in beef and steak, I expected much better. Sadly, this experience was so disappointing that it will likely be my last burger from this franchise and dining experience moving forward!
