My husband and I each ordered the ribeye with shrimp. Both ordered medium rare. We got our food and the steaks were cold, it didn't melt the butter. I ordered the coconut shrimp and they were burnt. My husband's steak was done, and cold. The only thing that was warm was his broccoli.
There was only 4 couples in the resturant, I didn't understand what took so long.
The waitress came by and I told her what was wrong with our food, she went back and told the manager. She offered to remake it and I told her no that it took awhile to get this one. She redone the shrimp.
The waitress took$20 off of our bill and the manager gave us a $20 gift card.

We celebrated my father in law 90th birthday and they were able to accommodate 30 people. Our waitress Ivy did an outstanding job she moved efficiently and it was only her. We will be back. I would recommend this place to anyone who would need a place to host a gathering.

I came in tonight for dinner and was served by Mark who provided excellent service. He was prompt and was constantly checking in. The food was also delicious and came out quick. This location overall provided amazing service from start to finish.

We did the $14.99 deal which I enjoyed. By the time you add a drink tax and tip it doesn’t feel like a bargain anymore but you actually get a lot of food. I like the big booths they still have which I guess you call that retro now. But the wood is warn so I hope they don’t pull a chilis and go with tables and harsh lighting like a lot of places.
Nothing wrong with being old school and needing refurb as long as the food is good and it was.
So why three starts? No beef option on the deal. Honestly I would love a tiny 4 ounce steak. But I know that’s not the world we live in.
I recommend this place but know going in it’s an average experience with average value

This was great! We haven't been in quite some time but we went to celebrate a friend for Mother's day and we were not disappointed! The food and drinks were amazing, the service was incredible, and the overall vibe was great. We got something small ourselves and shared as a family as we were mainly there for our friend to enjoy a good meal but it was great even just with the dish we got to split! I also got a strawberry lime margarita (I think) that was absolutely amazing. Strong but sweet, frozen strawberries in the drink too! Definitely worth it for our Mothers day lunch! Also, if you go around when this is posted, they have rubber duck koalas on some of their drinks! So cute and so worth the little laugh!
