  I would like to say that this mcdonalds is always consistant with making all of orders wrong. The last time i was there no joke they gave me hamburgers with no freakin patties the manager there snatched the bad and threw it inside the garage before I can take a picture. They don't answer the phone on purpose to make you try and forget the order is wrong. Its Just no onions and mustard how do you not get this right? We have had to stop going to them because they simply suck at getting it right. We tried again tonight and again there consistent on getting it wrong

  I went through the drive thru at 12:15pm today. There was a young lady named Isabel that gave us our food. She was sweet and patient with us when we asked for sauces, napkins and then more sauce. She never stopped smiling & maintained a great attitude. This is the FIRST time I have ever experienced customer service like this in a drive thru before.

  Ordered a 10 piece nugget the only gave me 4. No way that was a mistake can't even bother to make some nuggets

  If I could give 0 stars I would… I first ordered 2 mcChicken meals and I asked for one Mc double meal and when I got to the window to pay, I was only charged 1081 and then I asked what was my order and she told me it was only two McChicken meals and I told her I also ordered a Mc double meal and she said I didnt charge itonly two McChicken just gave me my order and walked off and I thought she was going to make it and charge me and I was waiting until she came back and said what did I need and I told her I still want my Mc double meal she supposedly she charged me. I gave her my card. She asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said no. And when they gave us our meal, two of the girls inside were laughing, and then once we left, we looked at our order. Our hamburger was full of oil. Our french fries were burnt and full of salt that you cant even eat them and then I went back and asked told them there was a problem with my order that I wanted a refund and when I got there, one of the girls started yelling at me saying that I didnt even pay for my meal that she just gave me my order and I left which I did give a nother girl that works there my card. She asked if I wanted a receipt I said no. But I didnt think I was going to have any problems. Thats why I said no for the receipt.They all have a complete attitude and dont know how to treat customers never going back to This McDonalds again.I have been to so many McDonalds and never had this bad of experience EVER..

  Pésimo servicio especialmente el turno de la noche,una mujer pestañuda pelo negro chaparrita,y una gordita alta de muy mal carácter al atender alos clientes te dan muy mal servicio,el peor mcdonald's que e asistido,ellas no merecen trabajar con gente,son muy mal educadas te dan las órdenes a como ellas quieren y ya regresas y pides lo que te ISO falta y te asen las papas quemadas y la carne llena de sal,una comida saladisima le di una probada que hasta la cabeza me dolió,se enojan cuando regresas a pedir lo que te ISO falta te lo preparan enojadas aldrede te asen la comida salada y quemada eso es mi opinión,,si pudiera darles cero estrella se los daría,si no les gusta su trabajo para que trabajan en Macdonald,esa es mi eperincia en este Macdonald,así que los manejadores pongan más atención en sus empleados,cero estrella me desepcciono este Macdonald
