I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru on June 15, 2026, at approximately 2:40 AM, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location. The service took an extremely long time, much longer than I normally experience here. The female employee taking orders spoke very quietly, making it difficult to understand her, and her attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, my Filet-O-Fish sandwich had little to no sauce on it and was completely dry. The quality of the food was disappointing, especially after such a long wait. I’m a regular customer and visit this location often. The two young men who usually work the overnight shift are always friendly, respectful, and efficient, which is why this visit stood out so negatively. I understand that late-night shifts can be challenging, but customers should still receive good service, clear communication, and properly prepared food. I hope management addresses these issues because this location is usually much better than what I experienced on June 15.

Horrible customer service. We asked for a cheeseburger happy meal and was given a hamburger meal when we asked for them to place cheese on it they literally said no and asked for us to order another meal in order for us to have a slice of cheese like we asked in the first place for.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review about McDonald’s, but here we are. We all know the legendary “ice cream machine is broken” situation. It’s practically part of the McDonald’s brand at this point. But this location has managed to evolve beyond that. They’re now out of drinks. Not once. Not twice. Not even “wow, that’s unlucky.” We’re approaching a dozen times now. The routine goes like this: I wait in a long drive-thru line, finally reach the speaker, confidently order the one thing I came for, and then get told they’re out of it. Then, because the drive-thru is basically a hostage situation, I’m forced to slowly crawl through the rest of the line while watching everyone else collect the items that actually exist. I understand occasional inventory issues happen. I understand this isn’t fine dining. My expectations are already resting comfortably on the floor. But McDonald’s has been around for over 80 years. Surely, somewhere in those eight decades, we’ve cracked the code on keeping Coke in stock. Please. I am begging you. Hire someone whose sole responsibility is counting beverages. Love, A customer who has spent more time in your drive-thru than actually consuming your products.

I ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich which comes with tomatoes when I looked at my order and didn't see that there was tomatoes on it. I asked the gentleman I asked that. Does tomatoes come on a deluxe sandwich? He looks me in the eyes and said, no. Well, I knew that that was not true. So go back into the McDonald's to get my second sandwich. They make the sandwich the same exact way. But I take off thinking they put tomatoes on my sandwich, get to work. No tomatoes on my delug sandwich. Come back up to the facilities to get another sandwich with tomatoes on it. Come to find out they didn't have with tomatoes at the restaurant. So they've been selling deluxe sandwiches all day with no tomatoes. They didn't give anybody a discount. So the gentleman said, come back the next day to get your sandwich. We'll have tomatoes.I'm telling you, they made me the messiest sandwich ever.I mean, it looks like the chicken was thrown on the bun.The lettuce was outside of the package. This was just the worst, the seniors in the back. They need to get it together.Because they are not doing a great job at all
