  the worker told me to cancel the order through the app and it doesn’t cancel. also the drive-thru is closed even though the spot is supposed to be open 24/7. also, the workers are rude

  I ordered a mobile order, only to have after they checked me that the ice cream was broken and they couldn't give me a refund. I asked for the next step, but they kept telling me to call the number in the app, but there was no phone number and it said to go to the location. I get it was late, but the lady was very rude and not helpful at all would give 0 stars

  The long term staff is consistently and sincerely friendly and efficient. Not sure if they have brought on the new staff just for trining. But the service has been off for the last few weeks. Made a mild complaint to corporate and one order for coffee tasted like fake sugar. Today my ice coffee had perfume smell on the lid and straw. Probably should have taken it back, but I just switched to a previous cup and straw I had from yesterday. Egggh.

  It says 24 hours, then why is it always closed between 3-4am? I have to be to work at 4am. This location always tells people their computers are down. If it says open 24 hours, then it should be open 24 hours, maybe legal action for false advertising should be filed.

  The place was super busy. One trainee was working the whole floor by herself with no guidance. Other two woman staff were in a corner the entire time hanging out talking with no care in the world. I felt bad for the new trainee she was doing the best she can with her limited training. My drink was suppose to be a large (missing a lot of liquid) pineapple mango smoothie, however it taste like water and clumps of ice. Do better McDonald’s!
