  I ordered 3 McChickens, then received a poor attitude from a heavy set female who might have been a shift leader by what her shirt appeared to look like, then, when I asked politely for just 3 ranch dipping sauces to put on my sandwiches like I like them, she said I was only allowed 2 !? Then, when I saw another employee put my food in a bag for her to hand me, it sat there for 5 minutes with her picking it up twice, not putting the/any ranch sauces in the bag, then, placing the bag behind two pick up order bags, then, seeing me looking at the whole situation hands me the bag, doesn't ask anything as a courtesy, like Do you want any condiments, etc... !? I checked the bag, saw no sauces tried to ask her but, she ignored me right away then, I thought, screw it, I am walking to the drive thru windows, and, asking. I was met by a nice windows clerk, and he gave me the 3 ranch sauces with no issues !! The heavyset lady had a poor attitude !! I could see it in her eyes and her actions !

  I am a victim of discrimination at this store. I have no legs so I order table service and they never bring it to the table also I've witnessed an employee here go to the restroom and return back to work without washing their hands after. This place is about the most disgusting fast food restaurant I have ever been to!

  They were a little behind in starting breakfast but they compensated me with a free egg McMuffin so great staff and service!

  I typically order here on a regular basis but tonightt me and my friend Went to the drive thru at 2 am and politely asked for a minute to decided what we wanted. After deciding , I let the order person know that I was ready to have my order placed, as I stated I was ready, he said “go ahead I’m waiting on you guys” in a very rude and unwelcoming way. Me and my friend looked at eachother in disbelief due to such disrespect! We did not feel comfortable ordering food there due to poor service so we left without ordering.

  I would rate them zero stars if I could. Let's elaborate. A couple of days ago I made my way into the building to order food. My daughter's mom lives in New York and decided that she was going to order food off of her card because I was having a diabetic episode due to not eating. The late night manager that was there was the most disrespectful human being I have had the disprivledge of coming into contact with. No regard, no respect, extremely unprofessional and made my experience horrific on an epic astronomical scale. I've never had an issue with having my order placed and getting my food in the even but he decided that he wasn't going to lift a finger to help me after the food was paid for and proceeded to deny me service telling me to get out or he was going to call the cops, why he would threaten me because he e clearly doesn't want to do his job is beyond me and the discrimination in the event was extremely disrespectful. He is facing a lawsuit for how awful he treated me and for not helping me when I was having a diabetic episode. Fire Averon or I will contact the Arizona commissions office and promise I will take this to another level. I was a regular there and would come into eat and have a positive experience but you store failed in providing excellence and professional courtesy towards the very people who do business with you. The only reason that your store functions is because of customer satisfaction otherwise you lose clientele and you have certainly lost my business. I guarantee you that I will never again do business with your store and refuse to deal with the people at the University's disrespect ungracious total disrespect and lack of regard.
