  This McDonalds is the worst. Drive thru service is horrible and I don't care what you order you will be asked to pull ahead and wait for an order that you will eventually have to go inside and get. Not an isolated incident, this is every visit.

  Update: manager was dope and I felt heard. I just went through the drive through. The young lady at the front gave a gen-z stare twice while handing me my food. I called cause it rubbed me the wrong way. Some guy answers the phone and says it's cause she's Mexican. Fine, but I don't know Spanish but I know how to say hi, please, and thank you. While explaining this, he hung up. I had to call 3 times more because the same guy answered and hung up right away. I am now calling back at 7:20 for an English speaking manager. It's disappointing because I am Mexican myself.

  Restaurant location is known for shorting your order. Manager Jessica 5/5/26 was very rude and condescending. Check your orders twice before leaving the store. You will not get credit

  Ordered through the app, got there sandwiches were ready but not the hash browns. We waited for 15 minutes before the bag was finally brought out to the waiting area just to get home and see no hash brown. Called to ask how we could get a refund, told to do it through the app. The app has a 30 minute limit from the point you place the order to report an issue. After placing the order driving over and waiting for an hash brown the 30 minutes had already passed. We were told there was nothing to be done.

  One of the worst experiences at probably one of the worst McDonald's ive ever been too. Why did I go you ask? It was daughter's 7th bday. No front person to help on the kiosk. I spent 20 min trying g to place an order for my family. No one else is in the restaurant. Order did not go through. When asked fpr help was juat told start over. When i asked the Mgr maybe compensation for all the inconvenience. 40 min no food. Told no sorry we dont do that . First a Mgr refused to meet me. I asked why ? Not sure but ill get her. The lady Mgr came over and no empathy or concern. I avoid this location at all costs. And you should too. A total disgrace. Never been good decent people.
