    I don't want to place my own order if I walk in. I shouldn't have to use the machine thing. The people behind the counter not being able to take my order is crazy! I like to interact with people that's why I came inside. Won't be coming back here

    I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I sat in the drive-thru behind a single car for 25 minutes without moving. At that point, my wife arrived on her break from Home Depot, and I still hadn’t even ordered her food, so we went inside thinking it would be faster. It wasn’t. We placed our order inside and waited over 30 minutes just to receive it. No sense of urgency, no communication, and no acknowledgment of how long customers were being left waiting. This location seriously needs better management and staffing. Waiting nearly an hour total for fast food is completely unacceptable.

    Terrible service!!! Ordered online at 10:23am waited to get checked in figured I would be in and out not busy only had one car in lane. The car ordered lunch don’t know how breakfast menu was still up all I needed to do was check in, they waited until after the menu to change to help asked me to move forward. By this time it was after 10:40 they said since it’s after 10:30 my order got cancelled and handed me my receipt and asked if I would like to order lunch. How is that okay? He said that since the order got cancelled I should be receiving a refund but they were unable to provide me a receipt stating that. I asked how is that fair to me I did everything right so was waiting on you guys he said tell you what if you don’t get a refund come back and I can give you everything on your receipt I left in disbelief, WOW!!! I didn’t cause a scene but unbelievable nothing was done and I’m out $15 and promise.

    I just ordered delivery and I waited about and hour for it to get delivered only to have my food not so warm and my orange juice that I got be straight up water so I basically wasted 5 dollars on a drink I never got.

    I had a really bad experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered through the mobile app, entered my table number, and sat down with my headphones on expecting table service. After waiting quite a while, I took off my headphones only to realize the staff had been loudly shouting my name at the counter instead of bringing the order to my table. From where I was sitting, the counter isn’t even visible, so there was no way I could’ve known. When I finally went up, the employee saw me and just walked away without saying anything. I had to grab my own order, and that’s when things got worse. I had ordered mayonnaise, but it wasn’t included. My Diet Coke came without a straw, and there were no straws or soda station accessible nearby, so I had to wait again just to get one. There were also no napkins provided. On top of that, the order was completely messed up. I asked for just a few ketchup packets and got what felt like 30 or 40. I ordered one grape item and received multiple extras. Same with butter, I got six or seven when I only needed one. It was sloppy and wasteful. To make things even more frustrating, another customer who ordered after me through the app actually got their food delivered to their table properly. So clearly, the service is inconsistent at best. Overall, this was a disorganized, frustrating experience with poor attention to detail and customer service. Definitely not what I expect when ordering through the app.
