- HOHeidi O3 days ago3.0This Main Event location is very nice looking, lots of fun activities to keep busy for hours. The food was good but with slow service and seemingly short staffed, it was often delayed (up to 40 minutes) and not quite hot. The staff was polite but at times unhelpful and management was needed to resolve what should have been routine issues. Overall, we'd give it another visit to see if this was an off day.

Chris S. the bartender displayed impeccable customer service. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. William at the front desk was extremely patient with our party of 7 and very kind and accommodating. These two set the bar for sure Oh! And Lex, the manager. She is so sweet and took time to talk to our party while sitting at the bar. This location 10/10 across the board
- YYYasminMay 11, 20262.0We were there for a birthday party and most of the games I played didn’t work. So I spent $45 on a game card and the games ate half my money up without letting me play. Definitely needs work. I won’t be going back to this location. Pizza was good though.

There's bowling, pool, air hockey, laser tag, arcade games and an elevated rope course. The mini sliders were delicious. Great place for parents to hang while the kids run wild.

I never had to ask anything, and she didn't make any mistakes even though our table kept doubling in size. I'm subtracting stars because the arcade kind of sucked. A lot of our favorite machines were out of service. Some machines were "working" but took our money and didn't let us play. The prizes were no good. Trying to top our card up at the machine was a hassle, it kept trying to add things that we didn't want. My final complaint was that it was FREEZING. Everybody at the table was cold, several of us went to our cars to get jackets.
