- SKSimone Kerr5 days ago5.0We love the family day deal that they run for $15. The food is good. My kids love the laser tag, and the ropes course. We also got an hour of bowling, with a big family it may not be a while game. My only reservation is some of their arcade games were not working. But they refunded our cards.

Evelyn was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was professional, attentive, organized, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy and went above and beyond to make sure our event was successful and that our guests had a great time. What really stood out was Evelyn’s customer service and attention to detail. She genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of and was always willing to help make things happen. That level of service is hard to find! Our group had a wonderful time, and Evelyn played a huge part in making the experience so enjoyable. Main Event is extremely fortunate to have someone like Evelyn on their team. If you’re planning an event at Main Event Tempe, I highly recommend working with Evelyn. She will take great care of you! I would definitely plan my own party here just due to the way Evelyn was so on top of everything. Her bubbly personality and care was unlike anything I’ve seen before. Food was good, the atmosphere was super great. Looking forward for returning again soon.

Even though it was very busy, she had the time to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. We ordered pizza and a burger and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend coming here and having Paulina as your server.
- MNMary NavAug 19, 20262.0Lack of maintenance and sanitation. You will always find the bathrooms at this Main Event in the worst possible condition. This is not the first time I’ve visited this location and have encountered this situation. My family and I walked in at 530pm on a Saturday and after we entered, I used the women’s bathroom. It was shockingly dirty. Toilet paper everywhere, napkins everywhere, hair all over the sinks, etc. I actually just so happened to walk while an employee was in there actively trying to find a clean stall to use. I advised the bowling cashiers that the women’s bathroom needed attention. The male told me he’d “let a manager know”. 2 hours later, I walk in and there is no sign of anyone having attempted to clean. Before I left, I found a female at the bowling desk and she appeared to be a manager. I let her know the bathroom needed attention, and all she did was nod. No words were exchanged. No urgency. For as expensive as it is to play arcade games, ($29 for 150 points,) and $75 a playing hour for bowling, etc, I’d expect this place to have consistent janitors. Ridiculous. I don’t recommend giving this company your money.
