  Fresh baked French loaves make this place memorable. They're soft with a slightly crunchy exterior. Add your favorite lunch meats and toppings. Free delivery, but you still have to tip the delivery driver

  Hours are incorrect here and in the app. Like another reviewer said, the hours in the app (and here) say they close at midnight, but I'm here at 11:00 PM and it's most definitely closed.

  Second time in two weeks I’ve had a disappointing experience. I ordered a sandwich for pickup (not drive-thru, one visit was in Chandler), and while the staff were friendly at first, their attitude noticeably changed once they realized I wasn’t leaving a tip on a $13 sandwich that I had to do the work to get. The interaction quickly turned cold and dismissive. At the Chandler location, it went further. The bread was clearly not fresh, extremely hard and dry, and the sandwich itself tasted off to the point I didn’t eat it. Prices have gone from around $6 to $13, which is already a big jump, but expecting a tip for a basic pickup order on top of that feels unreasonable. I understand tipping for exceptional service, but not as an expectation for standard counter service. Overall, the combination of declining food quality, rising prices, and poor customer experience makes it hard to return. I feel management must tell these kids they will also make tips which is unfair to the customer and to the employees. Tipping has gone way overboard.
