  Terrible service. I ordered 2 giant sandwiches to go, and they literally handed them to me to carry in my hands. When I asked for a bag, the employee gave me a tiny bag that barely fit them. I didn't want to argue, so I just stuffed them in. I even leave a tip, so we expect better customer service than this. Not recommended.

  No restrooms available, no sweet tea, they ask "are you a rewards member" but then they don't allow you to enter phone number for rewards points. But they have option for a tip though.

  I really hate to be that person, because I also work at a jimmy john location. Things happen. However I am currently experiencing food poisoning and there was a hair in my food. The hair was reddish with a black tip. I had my partner order for pickup so I didnt go with him. I have no way of telling weather or not someone there has red hair or not.

  Got my order wrong. Would rather stare at you obviously waiting for the bathroom (locked) then tell you they changed them to require a key from the food area. I used to go to this one regularly--they lost my business.

  Unfortunately, my experience was unpleasant because an employee preparing food had their pants positioned so low that part of their backside was visibly exposed while handling orders. I understand accidents happen, but this is not something customers should see in a food preparation area. I hope management reinforces professional dress standards for employees.
