    I had such a great experience thanks to Renee! From the moment she started making my sandwich, she was incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming. She took the time to make sure everything was made exactly how I wanted it and did it all with such a positive attitude. What really stood out was Renee’s customer service. She made genuine conversation, was attentive, and made the whole experience feel more personal instead of just another quick stop for food. You can tell she really cares about the customers she helps and takes pride in providing great service. My sandwich was great, but Renee’s kindness and personality are what really made the experience memorable. Employees like her deserve to be recognized because great customer service can completely change someone’s visit. Thank you, Renee, for being so friendly and making my experience such a great one!

    My disabled mom ordered a sandwich and did not inform me that she did. I got a text message stating someone was at the gate and need me to open it. I opened it. The message was read by the driver. I texted him And said I wasn’t expecting anybody. later, I realized that it was my mom’s sandwich. Messaged him and said hey you could’ve told me that the sandwich was here. He then responded “ma’am I was driving.” I told him it takes about two minutes to get to my door. You open the Text 30 seconds after I sent it I saw it open. .He then corrected my grammar because I said red instead of read. And that’s very rude because what if somebody has a disability and cannot spell or didn’t have the same type of education and struggles with spelling. Which is technically could be lawsuit because of ADA And it’s just not OK that is rude and not professional. so I called the store to report it because it was was mean and unprofessional, and the manager who apparently has only been there for two months stated it wasn’t one of her drivers. It was Uber eats and DoorDash and she said she doesn’t know what to do when it comes to DoorDash or Uber Eats. I asked her which one I’ll call them and make My complaint to them. She again said she wouldn’t know that and can’t help me. which on the top of the receipt it says Web delivery, I found out from another store that it is their direct driver so she lied to me. I asked her for corporate’s number and she says she doesn’t know it. She’s too new and doesn’t know how to get it.. she doesn’t understand how to file a complaint or deal with complaints because she has not been trained on it. and she would not help me and it seemed like she could care less about what I was complaining about. I would like to file a formal complaint against the driver For making fun of someone for not knowing how to spell something, I was using talk to text, but you do not correct someone on their Grammar because not everyone has the same education. there are people out there who probably order your food with disabilities.. Who maybe cannot spell. I would like to file a complaint of the So called brand new manager, who doesn’t know the policies when dealing with complaints as her own words she doesn’t know how to deal with complaints. She’s never had one before. She’s only been there for two months. She lied to me said it was not her driver and withheld information. I tried to explain that this could be a lawsuit to her, and she literally laughed at me and cut me off and said you sued someone for making fun of your grammar. It’s against ADA Which she doesn’t realize how serious this is making fun of someone with a disability. clearly because she thought it was super funny. and I did have a lawsuit because someone broke my ADA, rights I was trying to explain to her that people cannot make fun of people with disabilities and that’s unprofessional and she wouldn’t listen to me She didn’t care and she literally was laughing the whole time. So I would like to escalate this higher and I would like someone to reach out to me. It is not OK to make fun of someone for spelling not knowing their education or disabilities.. It’s also not OK the manager for how she treated the situation and ended the call on me in the middle of me trying to get assistance. I was not yelling or swearing either I don’t swear ever, and I was not yelling, but I was being direct and I called her out for what she said. She told me that she doesn’t know how to deal with complaints and I said so as a manager you were not trained on complaints is that correct? Do managers not get training? Either she’s not a manager and she lied again. or she is a manager but did not care. I’m not sure if she’s one since she already lied to me multiple times on the call And then at the end she hung up one me because i called her out for not knowing how to handle complaints or to be able to tell me if it was DoorDash or Uber eats which it turned out she literally just lied to me , and she hung up. So definitely, I want two complaints. filed for this behaviors.

    Seems to be a frequent issue. Asked for no tomato on a sandwich, within moments of that request they still put tomato’s on my sandwich. I asked for a gyro which was on the website. They said they don’t have those anymore. I asked which other wraps they had, they listed a few ending in a chicken bacon wrap. I said “I would like the chicken bacon wrap” they then said “we don’t have that as a wrap” ????? YOU JUST SAID IT WAS ONE????
