  Came all the way here it’s 12:30PM says they should be open but are they no lights off and a girl ringing out a towel. Never coming back here!!

  No milkshakes an hour before closing? Just cones and cups with NO TOPPINGS??? Saw us rushing hour before they closed and laughed when we asked for a milkshake. WTH????

  I’m writing because I’ve had multiple experiences at this Häagen-Dazs location where the posted closing hours were not honored. Last Thursday, my family and I arrived about 30 minutes before the listed closing time, but the lights were off and the store appeared completely closed. Today, we returned an hour and a half before closing, and we were told they were only serving cones and cups with no toppings because they were “preparing to close.” I understand the need for closing procedures, but these visits were well before the posted closing time. If the store cannot provide full service during those hours, the operating hours should be updated accordingly so customers can plan appropriately. I wanted to share this feedback because it’s been a consistent experience, not a one-time issue.

  Very nice employees but prices are 3 dollars more than Hawaii
