  I’m writing because I’ve had multiple experiences at this Häagen-Dazs location where the posted closing hours were not honored. Last Thursday, my family and I arrived about 30 minutes before the listed closing time, but the lights were off and the store appeared completely closed. Today, we returned an hour and a half before closing, and we were told they were only serving cones and cups with no toppings because they were “preparing to close.” I understand the need for closing procedures, but these visits were well before the posted closing time. If the store cannot provide full service during those hours, the operating hours should be updated accordingly so customers can plan appropriately. I wanted to share this feedback because it’s been a consistent experience, not a one-time issue.

  The staf said they close at this time at 7:35 pm, we just want buy 2 Sundaes but the staf dont want to make it, but here I see you close at 9pm

  I stopped by this location while visiting Arizona Mills Mall. Stopped by Häagen-Dazs ordered two small coffee ice creams cone. The flavor was excellent — rich, creamy, and very tasty. The only downside was the service. The staff at the counter didn’t seem very welcoming and didn’t offer any samples or suggestions. Also, the total came out to almost $20 with tax for two small cones which is a bit pricey.
