  The fact that the cook was being rude about my order I picked up and thought I didn’t know Spanish and said “ tell that dog togo f-of, then call me the b-word” is insane!! I also wanted to placed another order and the new girl who was young told me to move aside and took 3 other ppls order. I just came in to pick up my order and it was missing items nearly spent $80 there!! I really miss the old crew the food was better too…

  I wanted an authentic burrito as my first meal in Tempe. El Gordo DELIVERED! The Sargent burrito (with sides of homemade salsa and salsa verde) and a horchata straight from the fountain were MUY BUENO! The customer service was just as excellent as the food.

  I come to this restaurant almost every day, and I’ve never had an experience this bad. I understand it’s a Mexican restaurant, and I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but the employee working the drive-thru window today was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a burrito with extra meat and extra fries and was charged accordingly. When I opened it, there were no fries and barely any meat—mostly just cheese and sour cream. I went back to explain the problem, and although she eventually fixed the burrito, her attitude was disrespectful the entire time. Communication was also very difficult because she did not seem to understand what I was asking for. As a regular customer who comes here almost every day, this was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received at this location. Very disappointing.
