    My wife and I come here a lot. Baker is one of the employees here and he is awesome. His customer skills are amazing as are most of the staff who work here. Give them all raises.

    Cookie butter was awful, birthday cup was awful, long service but a short line. I ordered a small cookie butter birthday drink and it took SOOO LONGG… there was no line. I was the only one at the window and they couldn’t figure it out. The cup was open, messy and sticky. They didn’t even clean it for me. I felt so unhappy. The drink was gross.

    After multiple visits to this location, the slow service is becoming difficult to ignore. I understand that good customer service involves being friendly, but there’s a difference between being friendly and leaving customers waiting while 20–30 minute conversations take priority. Hopefully management takes a closer look at how this location handles its customers, because the lack of efficiency is becoming a pattern.

    Don’t come to this location. The coffee tastes like milk and the employees argue with you if you want your drink remade. But if you like milk and ice in a cup this is your place !

    They used to be open 24hrs a day and the hours have progressively gotten worse. Now they are open 5am-11pm 7 days a week. I'm not sure what drove the early closing time, but I would guess maybe the sport bike motorcycle take over. Or maybe the city forced their hand. 5am opening isn't super late, but this too is bad for business. It also appears they no longer have an IG account. Weird how a once great coffee shop has fallen so far from their peak.
