  Daisy served me, and she was so kind and professional. Even when her boss was being incredibly rude to both of us, Daisy kept a smile on her face and made sure I got what I needed.

  Manager was unnecessarily rude. I understand customer service can be draining but she shouldn't have this role while behaving audaciously towards customers. Will not spend my money at this location again.

  lady in the drive thru is very rude. i wish i would have gotten her name but she wasn’t wearing a name tag but the again most of them are rude. they need a course on customer service

  These words are for management to fix. Not to diminish the employees. I came in for a DoorDash (first time doing a Dash here). I go to the counter to ask where doordash pick ups go and I was cut off before finishing my sentence and told “if you’re here for DoorDash it’s not ready.” After I get my Dash, I ask if it is for my customer, no response. Just gave me a bag and luckily I checked and it was correct. No help or any customer service. If I was ever gonna come to Dunkn now I will most definitely be choosing a different location until this situation seems resolved

  I come here often because it’s so close to my job but now i think im gonna drive the extra 15 minutes to the other Dunkin. Every time I come here my order is wrong staff is always rude.
