  Did my fantasy football draft at Dave and Buster’s, the service was timely, the food was on point, and the drinks were great. Everywhere you turn there is a TV so you won’t miss a big play. Appreciate Trent and the D&B team taking care of or group of twelve plus loved ones!

  We had such a wonderful experience at Dave & Buster’s Tempe Marketplace! We made a last-minute change to our daughter Olivia’s 5th birthday plans after she unexpectedly broke her elbow, so we really wanted to find a way to still make her birthday special. And thanks to this amazing team, we absolutely did! ❤️ Lucas, our host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Lucas sat us in an area that was quiet enough for us too (per our request since our daughter was overwhelmed).He even checked in on us throughout our visit to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our server, Jerrica, was absolutely wonderful! She was so patient, kind, sweet, and attentive, especially with our group of 9. She made sure everyone was taken care of and helped make the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Brian, the manager, also stopped by to check on us, and we were so touched that he brought Olivia a special little gift. One of them was a stuffed animal that she immediately named **Butternut** 🥹❤️ That small gesture meant so much to us and made her feel extra special on her birthday. Everyone we encountered was so welcoming and kind, but Lucas, Jerrica, and Brian truly went above and beyond. They took what could have been a pretty disappointing birthday situation and helped turn it into a really fun and memorable one for Olivia. Thank you so much to the entire Dave & Buster’s Tempe Marketplace team for making our girl’s 5th birthday so special! We appreciate you more than you know! 🎂🎮❤️

  I truly do not know if the words “above and beyond” are enough to describe what Rob Felder, WIN Manager, and Trent Averhoff, General Manager, at Dave & Buster’s Tempe Marketplace did for our family. You helped us give our daughter an absolutely beautiful birthday, and as her mother, I will never forget that. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The catering was wonderful, everything was handled with care, and even with everything happening around you and so many other guests needing your attention, you continued checking on our family. You made sure we had what we needed. You made sure our guests were taken care of. Most importantly, you made sure our daughter was having a wonderful day. But what touched me most had nothing to do with food, games, or a birthday package. It was how you made us feel. For those few hours, somehow, you made us feel like family — and you didn’t even know us. There was a warmth and sincerity in the way you cared for us that simply cannot be taught in a customer-service handbook. You were present. You were attentive. You were kind. And every time there was an opportunity to help, you were already there. As a mother, there are certain people you never forget because they played a part in making your child’s eyes light up. You two are now those people for me. You made my daughter smile. You made our family feel welcomed. You helped create memories that will live far beyond one Sunday afternoon, and I hope you both understand how much that means to me. There are people who simply come to work and do their jobs, and then there are people who leave an imprint on the people they encounter. Rob and Trent, you left an imprint on our family. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for your hospitality. Thank you for every check-in, every small gesture, and every moment you made us feel like we mattered. Most of all, thank you for being the kind of people who helped make my daughter’s birthday a day she—and her mother—will never forget. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. You deserve every bit of recognition that comes your way.

  We celebrated my niece’s 5th birthday at Dave & Buster’s last night, and our experience was so wonderful that I felt each person deserved their own shout-out! Lucas, our host, was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. Dave & Buster’s can understandably be loud and busy, but my niece had just broken her arm and had already had a rough night, so he kindly found us a quieter, calmer area where she could be more comfortable. He even came back later to check on us and make sure everything was going well. That extra thoughtfulness meant so much to our family. Jerica, our server, was fantastic! Our group of nine arrived at different times, but she stayed completely on top of checking in as each person joined us. She kept everyone’s drinks and food orders going without missing a beat and was friendly, patient, and attentive throughout the entire celebration. Brian, the manager, was also incredibly friendly. He came over to make sure we were having a good night, took the time to chat with us, and made us feel genuinely welcome. I also loved how positively he spoke about his staff and made a point of recognizing how great they are, it says a lot about him as a manager. Lucas, Jerica, and Brian all went above and beyond to take care of us and helped make my niece’s birthday feel truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Not to mention the food was great and we had a great time playing games! Thanks so much!

  Mountain O' Nachos This appetizer consisted of fresh tortilla chips piled high and smothered with diced fajita chicken and queso blanco. Topped with black beans, corn, Pico de gallo, pickled jalapeños, lettuce, fresh guacamole, and sour cream. Ground beef was available protein option for an additional charge. I chose the fajita chicken option. The chips to toppings ratio was unbalanced. I had more chips than toppings. The portion size was enough for one adult. The pricing was unreasonable. Overall, I really enjoyed the peppered seasoning on the fajita chicken. However, a common issue with the piled high serving trend, the chips at the bottom and underneath the toppings miss out on the toppings. Leaving many chips without toppings. I would not order this appetizer again.
