  2 friends and I went to Dave & Buster's to watch the match against Belgium and, despite the results, it turned into a great night with the gals. We shared the BBQ ribs which came super tender, fall-off-the-bone plus an order of boneless wings with garlic parmesan sauce and ranch. For drinks I had the luau punch which was refreshing and the fruity taste paired well with all the greasy food. Great good, great service and a nice place to hang out.

  I mean it is what it is, - no drink prices are listed. Also not a fan of a soda water/sprite, non shaken margarita for $16 … let’s be real here… and there’s no soda topper in margs especially if you charging *signature cocktail* prices. Thirsty lion the same price w/ quality drinks. Why not grab a drink to go from there instead?

  the food was not good and was overpriced, service was slow but bartender was friendly and the drinks she made were good. no exaggeration: half of the machines were broken including the scanners to check available tickets, went to gift shop to have the balance checked since all four of the self machines were not working and the heavyset blonde woman working was extremely rude. i gave her two cards to check the total and she gave me unwarranted attitude for absolutely no reason. i will not return to this location, terribly unfriendly staff and couldn’t play half of the games i wanted to, overall a waste of money and poor customer service.

  This was a 5 star experience at the Tempe Marketplace D&B. First let me begin with Chase our server. He was attentive, made meal suggestions and ultimately gave us excellent service....And the food was delicious! Next, we had pleasure of meeting the manager Brian. We had the tiniest hiccup that he was able to correct immediately. He is very friendly, made eye contact, and took the time to talk and laugh with us. In a world where I thought customer service and hospitality seemed to be a thing of the past, Brian proved me wrong today. Finally, we all enjoyed playing the games, wide variety, something for everyone, it was so much fun! Thank you for an amazing experience!

  We just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Trent! Every time we come to Dave & Buster’s, he goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great experience. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and on top of things, and that’s a direct reflection of the amazing job he does leading and training his team. The venue is always clean, the games are running smoothly, and everything feels well taken care of. Trent is always checking in, making sure guests are happy, and doing whatever he can to help. It’s rare to find someone who is so hands-on and truly invested in creating a great experience for everyone. Trent is one of the main reasons we keep coming back.
