  Food was good maybe we went at a bad time because service was absolutely horrible we waited 10 min before anyone came to take orders we had to go find someone actually then she forgot to out our appetizers in im guessing cause they never came nobody checked on us we had to flag a server down every time for refills or whatever food was good.

  Had such an amazing time at Dave & Buster’s! The food was incredible, the games were so much fun, and the entire experience was exciting from start to finish. Our server and the manager, Ryan, truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves the entire time. I did have an issue with the Bang Bang Shrimp making me feel nauseous, but Ryan handled it immediately with so much care and professionalism. He quickly took it away and even reassured me that if I had any concerns with my other meals that may have contained shrimp, I should let him know right away. That level of attentiveness and customer service honestly stood out so much. Overall, the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and welcoming. Between the food, games, and outstanding service, it turned into such a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

  We came here as a couple 6 months ago and had a great time. We just returned this week to play games and so many arcade games are broken. They don't even bother to tape them off either, you just stand there swiping away your money and the machine doesn't work. I lost at least $5 worth of credit from broken machines. And even the functioning machines are half broken. The clown knock down games for example, the mechanism to stand them back up is busted on both machines, so I lost half my money on that game. With all machines working D&B is great, with so many broken machines, I would avoid coming here until they send out technicians to fix the machines. It's a bit of a rip off right now as of May 2026.

  So we showed up tonight because I got a text message yesterday about the UFC fight and unlimited wings and game play. Staff is clueless about the event and are claiming that you had to pre-purchase it, which wasn't in the text message nor is it in the fine print on their website presently. Pretty trashy to notify customers, have the promotion on your site and just be like yeah I don't know you need to have a QR code for me to scan... The host had no idea on it.

  Went to Dave & Buster’s Tempe for their R&B night and the vibe was definitely laid back and chill. It wasn’t overly crowded, which honestly made it nice for a more relaxed night out. The rooftop atmosphere with the Arizona weather in May was a whole vibe perfect for grabbing drinks, vibing to music, and having a little pregame before the girls really head out for the night. It did seem like more of a crowd for the 40+ crowd, but everyone was enjoying themselves and the atmosphere was cool overall. If you’re looking for a loud, packed club vibe this may not be it, but if you want a chill rooftop setting with music, drinks, and good weather, it’s definitely worth checking out.
