The girls at The Drive thru gave horrible customer service blizzard cups dirty of ice cream One of them had a whole , I gave it back to her , and if she just put another cup under it they were rushing me i felt like I got home and noticed.They forgot to give me my soda with my meal I went back they absolutely were rudeThey didn't even say , i'm sorry about that this was Sunday may 5 th 2026

BUSY! Needs more staff. Counter guy very grumpy (he knows they need more help?) just bought a Blizzard for my grandson. While waiting observed lots of interactions with customers... How about some smiles? Grins? Laughter?
And, the place needs cleaning...

The staff at this location always go above and beyond. They remind you to check for coupons, make sure you get your points, offer pup cups, and even make recommendations when you order. In a world where customer service is fleeting, this location goes above and beyond, consistently.

Disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen tonight. We ordered a small s’mores blizzard, a small lemonade cooler, and a large cup of water. When we got up to the window the employee, Avalon (according to the receipt), read our order back and we had been rung up for a medium lemonade cooler. We corrected her and she said “oh yes, we made a small” and proceeded to “fix” the size on the POS system. She then came back and gave us our “new” total which was the same as before. I thought it was very pricey but assumed that since it was a newer item that we had never tried, it must be a little more expensive. She takes our payment and I ask for a receipt and she proceeds to say yes but then hands me everything but the receipt. I ask again as she attempts to close the window and she hesitantly hands it to me, then quickly closes the window. Upon reviewing the receipt we find that not only were we still charged for a medium lemonade cooler, but 3 dollars for a large CUP of water. The employee was rude, dismissive, and overcharged us.

Horrible service 03/26/2026 9pm
The front register girl Forgot about me and my order for 10 minutes and then asked me again what my order and name was. It was 1 blizzard. No apology and then the blizzard was not turned upside down because it would have fallen on the ground. Worst experience ever at DQ. The owners should be ashamed of the people the employ here.
The manager or person that seemed in charge was kicking boxes in frustration saying “I love my job” and then when the soft serve machine was “popping” and spitting out liquid not ice cream (as if it needed mix added) the person ignored it and told the employees to use the bad machine for blizzards and the working one for ice cream cones…
I hope the employees working read these comments.
How do I get a refund on the $8 large blizzard that was horrible?
