When I questioned the employee he justified it by my request for a “large cup for water” in stead of a water cup. But prior to charging me the outrageous amount for a cup he never informed me of the price. I have never been charged more than .50 for a cup to just put water in. I had already paid and there was no interest shown by the employee to make anything right.

When it was my turn to tell the host my order, I placed my call on hold and place the cell phone on my chest to show her I was polite. But she told me to hurry, so I hurried and told her what I wanted. She didnt even put my order the in the bag, I had to wait for another employee to help me out. I would never go to this location again. She had no customer service, she doesn't need to be rude ,if ou cant the busy atmosphere that work in the back and I didnt appreciate her negative attitude. I called to tell the manager but no one answered the host working at 5:10 today was not what I expected from a busy location,
