  When I start my order I told can I have little extra rice she start making face and then I need a fajita veggies they have very little not enough for order I ask do you have any more she say we are making it take time i am on my brake then I say then no I don’t want to continue my order then she give me scare look and start whispering something and she finish my order with aggressively if you don’t want to work then stay home somebody come to buy food and you start making face that is so rude. Nobody force you to do work that is your job

  Il faut aimer la nourriture roborative. Un étrange mélange de riz de haricots de poulet dans une galette. On en a plein les doigts et accessoirement sur le pantalon.

  Terrible customer service experience at this Chipotle. I asked for four tortillas to be cooked a little extra. The employee apparently didn’t understand what I meant and started wrapping them while they were still undercooked. When I politely asked if she could cook them a little more, she responded, “Can you give me a sec?” with a very dismissive and disrespectful attitude. I said sure, but she still continued wrapping the tortillas without actually understanding what I was asking for. If you don’t understand a customer’s request, there is nothing wrong with simply saying, “I’m sorry, can you please repeat that?” Instead, I was given attitude and made to feel like asking for something simple was an inconvenience. What made the experience even worse was hearing her tell another employee, “I’m not doing their bowl.” The other employee then had to take over my order and made a sarcastic comment along the lines of, “He wants a burnt tortilla, do it more or else he’ll complain.” That was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Asking for your order to be made the way you requested is not complaining. The facial expressions, comments between employees, and overall attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Some of the behavior even came across to me as discriminatory. Customer service should never involve mocking customers or making comments about them in front of them. I rarely leave reviews like this, but this was honestly one of the most disrespectful Chipotle experiences I’ve had. Management seriously needs to address how customers are being treated at this location.
