- FNFareed. N2 days ago1.0I love Chipotle, but my first visit to this particular location on October 13 for lunch was an absolute disaster. Three female employees were working behind the counter, and none of them seemed interested in providing decent customer service. No smiles, no hospitality, and barely any attention to customers. They seemed more interested in looking at their phones and interacting with other people than paying attention to my order. I ordered my lunch along with a bag of chips, and I specifically requested the new kind of chips they offer, not the regular ones. However, I was given the regular chips instead. I looked inside the bag, immediately noticed they weren’t what I had requested, and politely went back to explain the mistake. I even handed back the entire bag without eating a single chip. Instead of simply exchanging it, they told me I would have to pay for another bag of chips! So I ended up being charged twice, even though I had clearly communicated what I wanted from the beginning and returned the original bag without eating any of it. It’s not about the cost of the chips. It’s about customer service, attitude, and basic hospitality. Mistakes happen, and that’s perfectly understandable, but the way employees handle those mistakes makes all the difference. I genuinely enjoy Chipotle, but this location needs serious improvement in customer service and employee training. My first experience here was extremely disappointing, and I certainly won’t be returning to this particular location.

Just because you run low, doesn’t mean give people less. I could see majority of the silver spoon AFTER her scoop. Also, no receipt offered at all. —— paragarph below is someone elses review. This is my second time dealing with the same employee. Shes tall and has a nose piercing i think? Gives me attitude and was rude. Food was cold and no receipt is ever offered!!!
