  I usually like Chipotle, and the staff were actually really cool and respectful, so this is not about them personally. But I was disappointed with the portion size. I ordered double chicken and it was extremely small compared to other Chipotle locations. Even after I asked for a little more, only a few tiny pieces were added, so it felt like I paid extra for nothing. I ordered double protein expecting around 66g of protein, but the amount I got honestly looked closer to under 40g. This matters to me because it’s the only meal I eat during the day, so I depend on getting the nutrition and portion size I paid for. I just hope the portions can be more consistent in the future.

  This is easily one of the most inconsistent fast food establishments I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. The staff are always very polite and helpful, however they are always visibly stressed or understaffed. Portion sizes vary dramatically, and the wait times are usually upwards of 15-20 even on slow days. It feels like whoever is running this location has completely given up on their employees and the customers who are unfortunate enough to find themselves here. Every manager I have spoken with expressed their sincerest apologies and always offer everything they can, but their clearly being held back by someone higher up in the company who cares more about their paycheck than the enjoyment of the guests and staff.

  Drive-through service is terrible. Waited for 10 minutes behind another vehicle to get my food, despite the food having already been prepared by the time I arrived. Once I did get to the window, it took them another three minutes to finally come back to the window and acknowledge that I was even there. At the time there were four other vehicles behind me, also waiting. What’s the point of ordering ahead, but then waiting in line for 15 minutes just to get the food that’s already been prepared?? Makes no sense.

  Lady behind the counter had a terrible attitude, out of half the ingredients i came here for, won’t be back at this location when the location nearby has never disappointed
