- JSJimmy smithOct 7, 20261.0THE WORST CHIPOTLE I EVER BEEN TO… I live down the street so every once in a while i come here and the people who so my order are rude, the cashiers are all over the place, and the managers are just yelling at the employees. each time i come, it gets worse and worse. corporate should really look into everything about this because it seems very dysfunctional.
- DJDustin JonesOct 5, 20261.0Portion sizes are still a problem I see.
- MImike anthony IISep 24, 20261.0Complete and utter mess and shitty location..the staff was horrible, had attitudes and didn't show much work erhic..portions on the light side and tatse was meh
- SHSidney HogbergSep 22, 20261.0This location is not it. Go to the one on Baseline instead. They give you like half a scoop of meat, and when I went, they were completely out of both steak and barbacoa. Definitely not worth it.
- HTHpp ToSep 9, 20261.0There’s always an issue every time I come. I place my order through online pick up. I can understand that they’re busy but I was waiting. As soon as the elderly lady opens the window, she just stares at me, has a dirty look and is annoyed that I’m there. She did not say a word while staring at me. Teach customer service to employee when u open window, say “hello, what’s the name for the order.” Instead she just looked at me for awhile then said name… very rude. When I received my order, I was disappointed because I got 1/3 of the sour cream. They should fill it to the top. I paid extra for avocado and it is not fresh. It is brown and old & way too salty. Calm down on the salt. The steak quesadilla had way too much cheese.
