The guy was being rude about me asking for steak on top of the chicken after he already scooped it, lady upfront had no clue what she was doing. They all had terrible attitudes and the store manager should be ashamed of the store they are running. I do not recommend going to this chipotle and don’t waste your time here.
- CKColin KurimayAug 15, 20261.0Food is ok. Portions can be hit or miss. I’m writing this review for a few reasons which will become clear shortly. The most glaring issue has been the issues preventing me from dining here the past 2 consecutive visits. First they were out of several ingredients. The second and most recent time they said their systems are down and can only take cash. Doesn’t seem like they care about guest experiences very much. The other and ongoing issue has been the service from one particular employee who might be a manager? and named Michelle. I have witnessed this employee be rude to other employee as well as myself on several different occasions. Even when I am not assisted by this employee I get rude stares. Something needs to change here given these issues. I don’t foresee myself returning anytime soon for obvious reasons. Michelle needs to be reassigned and there needs to be more consistency here. It’s too bad since I used to visit here often. Rude, slow service and perpetual issues with ingredients and payment make for bad experiences. Now I get why other people leave bad reviews and they have 3 stars. Final verdict: I would suggest others go to other locations that don’t have these issues.

It’s like the employees there don’t want to work, I don’t know the reason whether it because of their low pay or the employer is bad but don’t ever so there. They also don’t like to provide good quantity of food. When u say rice, they just give like 1 or half scoop. That’s like stealing people money. They should just close this franchise. There is a better chipotle at Mill Avenue, Tempe just go there, they are pretty kind and customer friendly
