- MOMaria OrnelasJun 13, 20261.0Horrible customer service, staff cannot multitask or work efficiently. This was the worst experience in fast food I’ve ever had. I was ignored by 5 employees while standing at the mobile order pick up window for 10 minutes. When they finally acknowledged me and held up a finger to wait, I waited. No one came for 5 more minutes. I went inside to ask for my food and they rudely redirected me to the mobile order window just to continue being ignored. Finally, someone asked what the name on the order was and she said they were working on it. They had 4 cars in the drive through total and everyone was deliberately making sure everything for the drive through was ready as the car drove up but still I waited… A gentleman came up to ask the name for my order and found it lost behind 4 other mobile orders. My food was cold and my drink was I corrected. Overall, staff clearly does not know how to multitask and prioritize customers, they are unhelpful and unapologetic. Waste of my time putting in a mobile order just to wait 10 times as long than the drive thru.

Luckily, I was having a good morning, but I never had a breakfast where all 3 items tasted disgusting, dry, or overcooked at chick fil a. It was only 945am or so but nothing tasted fresh. Any other time I have a good experience and the staff are great. This review is simply off the recent bfst during early June and dining experience indoors. There also was a staff member on a break and eating at a front table and coughing repeatedly, such that I moved to a back table near the bathrooms because I was scared to catch something. She never left to the bathroom or outside for fresh air, she just kept coughing. It was disgusting and scary. I ordered something to-go because I was still hungry and my bfst biscuit had a skinny egg falling off that side that wasn’t filling and my biscuit was super brown and over baked so I didn’t quite enjoy the meal. My food was awful, but I was in a rush to a meeting so about halfway in I was like damn, I should have got a new one, but more people started coming in so I left it alone. Not sure who made the bfst biscuits and chicken that morning, they overcooked everything! Even the oil didn’t seem fresh. I’ve been coming here for years and never had this experience so I hope it was a one off.

My order was delivered to me and the chicken strips were burnt called the location. I will never come to this location again. And change your cooking oil…

All I did was add two waters at the window, and she acted as if I ruined her life when there was only 2 cars behind me. I wanted to call and complain but I wrote it off as everyone has bad days and you never truly know what someone is going through. I went back today, and was met with the same attitude, I didn’t add anything at the window, I didn’t ask for anything extra. Just paid for my food, and was again met with attitude when I said I was paying the 3 dollars for my fries in cash… terrible service will be going to the one down the street from now on. I was also given a spicy sandwich in a normal bag even though I ordered a normal sandwhich.
